                      I read your many posts you send here.According to me it is just because of your taking milk and dairy products.I assure you that if your leave to take these kind of products you may have solved your problem in few days. Aap milk bilkul nahin peo aur yeh choclates,Makhan,Desi ghee etc....plz in sab cheezun se thora sa perhaiz karo tu aap ka masla hul ho jaye ga.aur dekho main tumein yehi suggest karun ga k tum is tarha ki muskilat ko sirf aur sirf apni mama se ya apni family ladies se hul karwao.q k wo tumein acha mashwara de sakti hein.

Thread ka matlab dhaaga hota hai goodman, apko pata hoga... to bat itni si hai k ham mai say koi 1 member dhaaga (thread) start karta hai aur baki k members us dhaagay par likhtay jatay hain aur likhtay hi jatay hain. acha chhoro is dhagay ko, tum veena ka problem solve karnay ki koshish karo.
