Jordenian Recipe....
For Rice: White Rice - 450 gm White Rice - 50gm cocking oil-100 ml olive oil - 200ml (for frying) Almond - 100gm Clean Chaine Salt - 1 tbs or as like Regular salt - ¾ tbs or as like Solution:- sabsy pehly oil garam kary usmy 450gm rice jo pehly sy pani mai dip kiye hongy daldy or sath mai dono salts b dal dy or 900gm water b dal dy or anch halki rakh dy.... ab sath mai Olive oil garam kary or usmy Almond (badam) fry kary (only 1 mint) or badam k bad 50gm Rice b fry kry or jon hi Rice brown hon nikal ly... ab boil keya hovy Rice ko jb wo Achi tarah pak jaye Aik try mai nikal ly or isper Fry Rice or Almond dal dy... (If u Eat wid any kind of Pakistani Curry no problm) For Chicken: Chicken Wings - 4 pes cocking Oil - 400gm yougart - 250 gm blk paper - ½ tbs Reg. Salt - ¾ tbs special mix pwd - 1 tbs (in Pak n/a use Shan Chicken pwd or u like good one) Solution: sabsy pehly Yougart (dahi) mai salts or mix pwd dal ker achi tarah mix kary or chicken wings b ismy dal dy or 5 mint k leye chor dy....or sath mai oil garam ker ky Chkn wings dahi sy nikal ker fry kary 10-15 mai dark brown ho jain gy ab nikal ly.....its Ready....

mashed alu ke pakoray asal main main to sab kuch apni ami ki tara andazay se dalti hon is liay recipe batana mushkil hoti hai pher bhi try karti hon.
5-6 baray size ke alu ubal kar cheel lain aor hath se ya fork se mash kar lain. bahot ziada paste nahi banana alu ka, us ke liay tip ye hai ke alu ko thanda honay par mash karain.
is main 3 hari mirch, 1 tsp khushk dhanya pisa hua, 1 tsp zeera pisa hua, namak 1 tsp, lal mirch 3/4 tsp, kali mirch 3/4 tsp dal dain. pher hara dhanya aor hari pyaz bhi kaat kar is main mix kar dain.
6-7 tbs basan lay kar us main 3/4 tsp namak, 3/4 tsp lal mirch aor 2 tsp cornflour mila kar paste bana lain achi tara phaint lain. bahot garha na ho warna pakoray ki coating bahot moti hogi jo achi nahi lagti.
ab alu ki choti choti si zara moti tikkyan bana kar basan main dabo kar deep fry karain, garam garam khaain. chatpatay aftari pakoray tayyar hain. |

Haryaali Chicken Fry
ہریالی چکن فرائی Haryaali Chicken Fry
اجزاء چکن آدھ کلو ہرا دھنیا 1 گڈی پودینا آدھ گڈی ہری مرچ 6-7 (ان تینون چیزون مین آدھ کپ پانی ڈال کر گرائنڈر مین پیسٹ بنا لیں) لیمو 2 ادرک لہسن پیسٹ 2 چمچ کارن فلور 3 چمچ میدہ 2چمچ تل 2چمچ کٹی لال مرچ 1 چاءےکا چمچ کالی مرچ آدھ چاے کا چمچ انڈا 1 نمک تیل فرائ کے لیے طریقہ چکن کی زرا بڑے سائز کی بوٹی بنا کر اس پر (//) اس طرح کے کٹ لگا لیں پھر بوٹیون پر لیمو کا رس ملیں پھر نمک اور ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اچھی طرح مل کر سبز مسالہ کا جو پیسٹ بنایا تھا وہ بھی مکس کر لین پھر انڈا اچھے سے پھینٹ کر وہ بھی چکن میں شامل کر لین پھر تل کارن فلور میدہ کٹی لال مرچ اور کالی مرچ بھی ڈال کر اچھی طرح بوٹیون پر ملیں (یہان تک کرنے کے بعد آپ اس میرینیشن کو فرج مین رکھ سکتی ہین کہ مہمانون کے آنے پر فورا" بنا سکین) آخر مین اب آپ بوٹیون کو گرم آئل مین فرائی کر لین 4-5 منٹ تک بہتر ھو گا کہ کڑاہی کو ڈھک دیں تاکہ سٹیم میں بوٹیان گل جائین اور ہان چکن آئل میں ڈال کر 1 منٹ تک کم از کم بوٹیون پر چمچ نا ماریں اس سے چکن کی کوٹنگ ٹوٹ سکتی ہے یقین کرین بہت مزے کی ترکیب ھے یہ ترکیب شیف زاکر کی ہے اور جب میں نے ٹرائی کی تو سب نے اس کے ٹیسٹ کو بہت پسند کیا

sehri agar ap log parathay ke shoqeen hon to parathay ka aik zabardast jor fried egg hai. egg youn to bahot se tariqon se banta hai laikin isay redchilli ke sath bananay main alag hi taste hai.
fryingpan main oil garam kar ke us main egg ko ehtyat se tor ke dalain, zardi na tootay, ab is par namak aor laal mirch chirak dain. pher agar oil ki miqdar ziada dali hai to chamach se garam oil utha utha kar anday ke upar daltay jaain, ya agar kam oil dala hai to isay EHTYAAAT se palat lain, pher utar lain, is tara ke zardi liquid hi rahay aor tootay na. hmmmm... delecious. |

sandwich isi tara agar ap is namak mirch dalay anday ko tezi se mix kar ke bahot sakht honay se pehlay utar kar bread par dal dain, pher us main apni marzi ke baqi ingredients maslan: cream cheese, salad ke patay, kheeray ke qatlay etc laga kar sandwich maker main sandwich bana lain, mazaydar, asan, aor low-fat sehri tayyar hai. |

recpie hazir hai sb ko khany pinay ki pari hai koi haal nahi .iftari k bad kisi ko nahi pata kitni energy gaye hoti hai koi sharbat hi pi len k direct khany par hath saaf ho rahy hain......khabardar kisi na kuch khaya iftari kar k pehlay yeh sharbat pina sb.......RECIPE hai us ki.....
WATERMELON AND APPLE COOLER
Ingredients |

Chinese Chicken Pakorrey Ingredients
500 gm, boneless chicken pieces
3 tbsp chili sauce
2 tsp crushed red chilies
3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1 egg
1 tbsp Soya sauce
3 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt, leveled
Oil for deep frying
Method
Mix
all the ingredients, except chicken and corn flour. Now add chicken
pieces and mix well. Refrigerate for two hours. Add corn flour and mix
well to ensure an even coating on the chicken pieces. Heat oil in a pan
and deep fry chicken on high heat till cooked. Serve with chili sauce
