Not Studying Well: How To Do Study?

Mera problem ye hai ki main theek se concentrate nahi kar paa raha hu...main engineering me hu aur Exams bahut qarib hai main pahele bahut padhai krta tha aur bahut aache numbers bhi milte the hameha mera score 85% above raha hai.... bt abhi bahut buri halat hai study hi nahi huti hala k kuch zyada hard or though nahi hai. And main abhi ghar se door hostel me raheta hu dosri city me mujhe 1 saal bhi hu gaye ghar chode huie bt fir bhi yahi haal hai.... plzzz... koi aacha sugg dijiye main bahut tention me hu,aur Exam 4 din k baad se strt hune wale hai...... Shukriya..

same is the problm with me i want help in this matter plz help us both mjy thora or problm b hai k pta nahi q mery sexual emotions bht ziada hain i dnt have any gf or any kind of this relation meri age b km hai abi lekin phr b me bht ziada is condition ka shikar hn me aksr masturbation b krta hn isi waja sy or mera parhai me b dil nahi lgta zara b i was a topper bt ab aisa bilkul nahi hai plz help me k me kya karun?
Namaz parhny ki b bht koshish krta hn lekin wahan b dil nahi lgta plz help k me kya karun?
or problm ye b hai k me ziada free or akela rhta hn.
