Aap ka ultrasound mein left ovary ( Sn or sinistra meaning left in Italian) mein cyst aaie hai, magar most likely yeh koi khatarnak waali cyst nahin hai, aur aksar ( but not always) iss tarah ki cysts kuch months ka lia develop ho jaati hain aur phir disappear ho jaatai hain. Right ( Ds or destra meaning right in Italian) ovary normal hai. Basically, iss ultrasound mein jo main abnormality hai woh yeh keh aap ka liver mein excessive fats aaya hain, which need further evaluation. Iska illawa stomach aur intestines mein kuch excessive gas bhee hai.

Aap ka prolactin level normal hai.

Aap ki irregular menses ki proper evaluation honi chaye . Iska lia aap ka aik test hona zaroori hai jisko Progestational Challange Test ( also called Progesterone Withdrawal Test) kehta hain. Iss test mein aap ko progesterone (hormonal pill) di jae gee kuch din tak ( yaa injection ki soorat mein bhee dia jaa saktee hai), aur phir iss pill ka stop karna ka baad dekha jae gaa keh bleeding hoi yaa nahin. Depending upon keh bleeding hoi yaa nahin, doctors ko aap ki problem ki underlying reason patah chal jae gee, aur inshallah phir uska proper treatment karna possible ho  gaa.

Apna doctors say keh kar apna yeh test zaroor zaroor karwaian, takeh aap ka irregular menses ka proper treatment kia jaa sakay.
