Sorry for the late reply.
Kia yeh labs aap ka period ka Day 2 yaa Day 3 ki hain? If yes, then they all look normal. Aap na apna LDL aur HDL level mention nahin kia. Yeh fact hai keh LDL ( bad cholesterol) level low hona chahye, aur HDL ( Good Cholesterol) level ziada hona chahye. Agar aap apna LDL aur HDL level mention kar dain to ziada specific reply day sakta hoon.

Doctor sahb! Assalam o Allaikum!My Total Lipids're=944 mg/dl Cholesterol is=236 mg/dl Triglycerides're=165 mg/dl HDL is=41 mg/dl LDL is=162 mg/dl Thanks! |

Sorry for the late reply.
Ji, aap ka tests results acchha nahin hain. LDL ( Bad Cholesterol) high hai, aur HDL ( Good Cholesterol) low hai. Exercise say HDL level improve kia jaa sakta hai, aur LDL ka lia aap ka paas dietaray modification ka option hai, aur agar uss say improvement nah ho to phir cholesterol reducing meds ka option apni doctor sa discuss kar saktee hain. Anyway, your LDL level should be brought down one way or the other. |

Walaikum Salam. I am trying to help you in a reasonable and proper way. What made you think that I was not trying to help you properly? Please also know that without examining someone in person, it is impossible to pinpoint the exact problem. Therefore I can only give you some suggestions, but for proper treatment you will have to go and get yourself checked out. I told you a few times that you should go ahead and get your ultrasound done, particularly if there has been concern regarding PCOS. Also, even thjough your testosterone level is still within normal limits, but it is towards the top of the normal range. IN PCOS, often times testosterone levels become elevated. Do you have any symptoms like excessive fascial hair, acne, or hairs on chest /abdomen etc? Also, as I had mentioned in my PCOS article, a lot of the times patients with PCOS also develop problems with elevated cholesterol. Generally, Birth Control Pills are prescribed to regularize the menses. However, it is always a good idea to determine the cause of abnormal menses first before starting any meds. Get an ultrasound done.

I'm sorry Doctor! I did not intend to be rude with you or hurt you. Sorry once again! Mujay aisay nai bolna chaiay tha,men to bs ap say ye kehna chahti thi k ap mujay aisay guide kren k mujay samaj ajaey,Plz mera maqsad hargiz apkay sath rude bn'na nai tha.Mujay boht dukh ho raha hai,apko kitna bura laga hoga na mera aisay kehna!Please sorry! Dear Doctor meray face pay aur body pay kahin b abnormal growth nai hai hair ki,normal hair hen. Aur mera weight increase hua hai is disease k bad,Man bachpan main to boht kamzor si thi,magar ab wt.barh gia hai.Lakin shukar hai k men obese nai,normal lagti hun. Magar Doctor sahb men nay to ultrasound krwaia hai 2 times,aik medicine (Diane35) use krnay say pehlay,aur dusri dafa med course(8 months)pura honay k bad. First ultrasound report mein multiple cysts show hui thin,but after treatment just 1 cyst show hui. Ab ap kia tajweez krtay hen? Looking for your reply anxiously. |

No need to say sorry :) Mera aap ka lia abhee bhee yehi mashwara hai keh even though aap na pehla 2 martaba ultrasound karwaya hai, aik Diane say pehla aur aik Diane ka cousre complete karna ka baad, magar ho sakta hai keh uss waqt say laik kar ab tak kuch aur cysts dobarahdevelop ho gaee hoon, yaa koi aur gynecologic pathologies develop ho gaee hoon. Aksar uterus ki abnormalities ki wajah say bhee yeh problem a saktee hai. Yeh acchhe baat hai keh aap ko excess hairs ki problem nahin hai. Baharhaal, aap ko phir say apna ultrasound karwa laina chaye, takeh aap ki problem ki underlying reason patah chal jae, which would make it so easy to treat your problem. All the best! |

Thanks Doctor! Boht shukria apka Dr.sahb mujay guide krnay ka.Abi aisa hai k 21st say meray final exams hen,to bs usi ki preparations mein busy hun,Dr.ko visit nai kr paun gi is month. But just after exams men Insha Allah zrur ja k ultrasound krwa lun gi,aur apko b zrur bta dun gi. Thanks a lot once again sir:) |
