Tareeqa (Method)
Sb se pehlay tmam sabzion ko chota chota cubes ki tarah kat lein. Phr Aik bartan mein pani boil krein aor iss mei ½ chamach cookig oil dal dein. Ab iss pani mein spaghettis ko dal k boil krein 4-5 minutes. Jb wo pholl jaein to un ko nikal kr kisi chalni mein dal kr un pe taza pani dal lein. (Iss se wo apas mein jurein gi nahi. Ab 3 cup chiken ki yakhni lein. Us ko boil krein. Jb ubalny lagy to us mein spaghettis aor tmam sabzian dal dein. Chiken ki chotti chotti botian jais soup mein hoti hein wesy kr k wo bhi dal dein. (Chiken ko pehlay se boil kr lena hy.) Ab iss mein ajino moto, chilli sauce, soy sauce aur thora sa pissa hua garam masalah dal dein. Itna pakkaein k yakhni ka pani khusk ho jay. (Boht zyada Khushk nahin krna, Halka sa Juicy rahay).
