Na milay to lamba wala bhi theek hay. Ab pani ko mixer mein dal kr us mein Lehson k 5-6 piece dal k mix kr lein Yani lehson wala pani bnana hay. ( Mixer na ho to just lahson paste bna k pani mein dal ka rakh lein) Ab Bason ka pani dal k paste tayar krein. Iss pastemein thora sa namak, Surkh mirch bhi dal lein mgar zara km dalna hay kyu k baad mein bhi masala dalay ga. Baingon k qatlay aik bowl mein dal lein un pe thora namak, haldi aur surkh mirch chirk k Sath hi Lehson walay pani ka cheenta dein aur achi tarah mix kr lein. Sarsoon ka oil kisi karahi mein khoob garam krein phr iss mein 5-6 pieces Lehson dal k fry krein yahan tk k wo jal jaein. Iss se oil saf ho jay ga aur us ki smell khatam hho jay gi. Ab Baingon k qatlay jin ko masalah lagaya tha un ko Bason paste mein dip kr k oil mein daltay jaein. Us waqt tk fry krein jb tk golden brown na ho jay.
