Phr Iss mein pani mila kr Garaha paste bna lein. Dahi k oper jo cream hoti hay wo utar kr achi tarah chamach se mix kr lein. Piyaz, Timater, Harri mirch ko bareek bareek kat lein. Allo ko boil kr k chotay chotay cubes mein kat lein. Ab aik pan ya karahi mein Ghee/Oil ko garam krein. Iss mei Chamach se jo Bason ka paste bnaya hay wo daltay jaein. Khayal rahy k thora thora paste kuch fasla pr dalna hay. Taqreeban 2/3 paste ko issi tarh fray kr lein. Jb golden colour aa jay to nikal k Ghee khusk honay dein. Baqi paste ko kisi khulay sorakh wali chali pe dal k us ko karahi k oper iss tarah thapthapaein k bason k drops bn k oil mein girein. Inn ko bhi golden fry kr k khushk kr lein> Ab aik khulay bowl mein taza pani lay k Bason ki yeh Phulkian iss mein bhigo dein 10-15 minute k liay. Phr aik bowl mein Dahi dal k iss mein yeh phulkian pani se nikal k dal dein. Phr uss mein Piyaz, Timater, Harri mirch aur Aloo dal kr mix kr lein.
