Ingredients: 1- Maida (White Flour) = 250 grams 2- Baking Soda = 1 teaspoon 3- Salt (Namak) = Thora sa 4- Zeera = 1 tea spoon 5- Cooking oil/Ghee = 1-1.5 cup Tariqa (Method) Maida mein baking soda (Agar na milay to Meetha soda 2 chutki) dal lein phr iss mein Thora sa namak aur Zeera dal kr mix kr lein. Ab iss mei 1 Table spoon Ghee/Oil dal lein aur phr Pani (Water) dal kr gondh lein. (Thora sa hard gondhna hay). Iss gondhay huway Maida ko fridge mein rakh dein for minimum 30 minutes. Imli Sauce 1 Imli = 100 gram 2-Cheeni (Suger) = 2 Table Spoon Imli ko 2 cup pani mein bhigo dein jb wo kuch naram ho to hath se masal kr iss ki guthlian nikal dein. Iss Imli walay pani ko halki anch pe pakaein yahan tk k garaha honay lagay. Iss mein Cheeni add kr dein aur garaha honay pr utar k thanda kr lein. Yeh Imli Ki meethi Khatti chatni tayar hay. Harri Chatni 1- Harra Dhanya = ½ Ghatti 2- Podina = 1 Ghatti 3- Harri Mirch = 5-6 4- Anar Dana = 1 Spoon 5- Lehson (Garlik) = 3-4 jaway 6- Garam Masalah (Grinded) = thora Sa. 7- Namak = Hasb.e Zaroorat 8- Dahi = 1 pao (250grams)
Inn tmam cheezo ko achi tarah grind kr lein. Agar mumkin ho to iss mein 1 kacha aam (Mango) bhi mila dein. Iss chatni ko Dahi (Yugurt) mein mix kr lein.
Final Ab jo aata gondha tha us k chotay chotay peeray bna k bail lein. Inn se kisi gol cutter ki madad se 2 inch chori gol gol tikian kat lein. Yani aik roti bail k 2 inch golai ki small rotian kat lein. Inn choti tikion ko Oil/Ghee kisi pan ya karahi mein garam kr k deep fry kr lein. Iss doran iss ko palat’tay rahein jaisay porion ko fry krtay hein jb golden brown ho jaein to nikal lein. Ab inn Tikion pe pehlay 1 Chamach dahi wali chatni, phr 1 Chamach Imli ki Sauce dal dein.
