Chicken and Vegetable
Sandwich
Ingredients.
1- Chicken = 250 grams
2- Potatoes ( Aaloo) = 250 grams
3- Peas ( Mutter) = 250 grams
4- Cabbage ( Bnd Gobhi) = 250 grams
5- Bread Slice ( Sandwich Bread ya sada bread k kinaray kat lein) = 10-12
slices
6- Salt ( Namak) = As per needed
7- Black pepper ( Kali Mirch) = As needed
8- Chinese Salt (Ajeno moto) = As needed
9- Egg (Anda) = 2
10- Bread crumbs (Bread Ka choora) = ½ cup
Method ( Tareeqa)
Tmam sabzio ko boil kr lein magar ehyiat se k ziada na gaknay paein. Ab aaloo
ko small cubes mein kat lein. Chicken ko bhi boil kr k us kay chotay chotay
pieces kr lein jesay soup mein hotay hein. Tmam sabzio aur chicken ko mix kr
lei nab iss mixture mein hasb.e zaiqa namak, kali mirch aur chinese salt dal k
mix kr lein. Bread slice ko hatheli pe rakh kr halka sa hath pe pani laga k
dabbaein. Iss slice pe jo chicken and vegetable mixture hay wo rakhein phr us k
oper 2nd slice rakh k kinaro ko dabba k bnd kr dein.
Ab in sandwiches ko pehlay anda (egg) mein dip krein phr
bread ka choora mein. Aik pan mein cooking oil garam kr k in ko golden honay tk
fry kr lein.
Chiken vegetable sandwich tayar. Serve with ketchup or
raita.
