Health Tips: Before You Become Pregnant


 Iss forum par pregnancy related questions kaafi barri taadad mein kiya jaatay hain. Yeh bhee fact hai keh readers ko pregnancy ka doraan kiya kiya ahtiati tadabir karnee chahyein, iski to information kisi had tak  hoti hai, magar iss say bhee zyada important period jo keh pregnancy say pehla kaa period hai, uss mein kin kin baaton ka khayal rakhna chahye, uska baaray mein shayed bohot kam logon ko patah hota hai.

 Iss topic ka maqsad yeh hai keh pregnancy say pehla kaa period, jo pregnancy ke success kay liya bohot important hota hai, uss mein kin kin  baaton ka khayal rakhna chahye, unka baaray mein discuss karna hai.

 Pregnancy ke misaal aik building jaisi hai. Jis tarah kisi bhee building ke mazbooti kay liye uski strong foundation ( bunyaad) rakhna bohot zaroori hai, issi tarah pregnancy say kuch months pehla kaa period bhee pregnancy ke success kay liya bohot important hai.

 Unfortunately, most women ko patah hee nahin chalta keh  woh pregnant ho gae hain, jab tak unka period nahin miss hota. Iska matlab hai keh pregnancy kay first few weeks , jis mein baby kay body parts ke bunyaad parr rahe hote hai, aur jis mein kaafi baaton ke ahtiat zaroori hai, woh saara period baghair ahtiat kay guzar jaata hai.

Almost 20% pregnancies ( 1 out of every 5 pregnancies  ) first few weeks mein he zaya ho jaate hain, aur iska result mein jo bleeding hoti hai, mother yeh samajh rahee hoti hai keh periods waqt say pehla aa gaye, jabkeh haqeeqat mein woh miscarriage ho raha hota hai. Kiyonkeh pregnancy kay first few weeks mein baby kay vital organs ke bunyaad par rahe hoti hai, iss liya early pregnancy mein ihtiat nah karna say baby mein   birth defects , particularly brain aur spinal cord kay birth defetcs bhee ho jaatay hain, jo thorri see ihtiat karnay say prevent kiya jaa saktay thay. Issi liya yeh bohot zaroori hai keh pregnant hona say pehla hee kuch baaton ka khayal rakh liya jae takeh pregnancy ke success kay chances increase ho jain. 

 Aaian daikhta hain keh woh kiya kiya baatain hain aur kiya kiya ahtiati tadabir hain jinka pregnancy say pehla khayal rakhna aik healthy  pregnancy kay liya bohot zaroori hai. 

 1). Folic Acid: Folic acid aik vitamin hai jo green leafy vegetables mein paya jaata hai, aur iska role baby kay brain aur spinal cord kee normal development karna hai. Agar pregnancy ka waqt Folic Acid levels low hon gay to baby mein brain/spinal cord kay birth defects aur even miscarriage kaa risk barrh jae gaa. Iss liya zaroori hai keh pregnancy plan karna say atleast 1 month pehla say daily Folic Acid supplementation start kar dee jae, takeh jab  pregnancy start ho to iss waqt tak body mein Folic Acid levels normal ho gae hon baby ke normal growth aur development kay liya. 

 2). Iron levels/Anemia : Anemia (khoon kee kami) bohot zyada common hai, aur low iron levels aur anemia bhee early pregnancy say pehla properly treat hona chahyain, warna low birth weight aur even miscarriage kaa risk barrh jaata hai. Anemia kaa diagnosis aik simple blood test kay zarya kiya jaata hai, aur agar blood test mein anemia patah chala, to uska proper treatment karna chahye iron supplements ke shakal mein. Waisa iron meat products, apples, baked potatoes, spinach waghira mein bhee bohot hota hai. Prenancy plan karna say several weeks pehla apna blood test karwa lain takeh pregnancy kay start hona say pehla pehla anemia properly treat ho jae. 

 3). Avoiding Certain Medications: Bohot see aisi medications hote hain jo early pregnancy mein baby ko nuqsaan ponchaa saktee hain. Aisi medications ke list bohot barri hai, aur inn mein pain /headcahe medications say laikar antibiotics waghira aur doosri kae medications aur hormonal treatments aa jaatay hain. Early pregnancy kay doraan inn medications kaa isteemal baby kao hurt kar sakta hai. Iss liya zroori hai keh agar aap ko shak hai keh shayed aap pregnant hain, to koi bhee medication apni doctor say poocha baghair nah use karain, warna aap anjaana mein apna baby ko nuqsaan poonchaa saktee hain.

 4). Childhood Immunizations ( hifaazati teekyay): Pregnant hona say pehla itmeenan kar lain keh aap kee childhood immunizations complete hain. Agar koi shak ho to aap ke doctor mukhtalif tests kay zarya yeh bataa saktee hain keh aap kay hifaazati teekay complete hain yaa nahin. Iski importance yeh hai keh agar aap ko bachpan mein hifaazati teekay nahin lagay, aur khudanakhuawsta aap ko early pregnancy mein infection ho jaata hai to bohot say aisa infections haain jo miscarriage aur  birth defects cause kar daitay hain. Khas tor par important Rubella Infection ( German Measles) hai. Agar kisi wajah say aap ko bachpan mein MMR vaccine ( Measles, Mumps,Rubella)  nahin lagee hai to apni doctor say mashwara karain. Agar aap ke doctor decide karain keh aap ko yeh vaccine lagnee chahyee to vaccine lagna kaa baad laazmi hai keh atleast approximately aik  month ( 28 days to be exact) tak aap pregnant nah hon, warna vaccine bhee baby ko hurt kar saktee hai, agar vaccine lagaana ka foran baad pregnancy ho jae. Iss liya yeh vaccine lagna ka baad atleast 1    month tak pregnant nah hon. Pehla iss ke duration 3 months thee, magar ab approximately 1 month ( 28 days) ka waiting period bhee sufficient consider kiya jaata hai. 

 5). Avoiding Xrays: Agar aap ko kisi wajah say kabhee Xray karwaanay kee zaroorat ho, aur aap ko shak ho keh aap pregnant hain to Xray karwaana say pehla doctor ko batta dain keh aap pregnant hain, otherwise Xrays baby kay liya nuqsaandeh ho sakti hain. Generally, normal Xrays mein jitni radiation hoti hai woh baby ka lia itni ziada harmful nahin hoti, haan CT scan mein radiation ki high dose use ki jaati hai, iss lia ahtiaat behtar hai.

 6).Healthy Eating Habits: agar aap already healthy eating habits follow nahin karteen to yeh zaroori hai keh pregnancy say several months pehla say apni eating habits ko healthy banain, fatty /fried foods/ desserts  ko avoid karain; fruits, vegetables, high fiber foods, chicken, low fat milk/yogurt, brown bread waghira kaa isteemal zyada karain. Agar aap obese (overweight) hain to apna weight loose karain. Koshish karain keh pregnancy say pehlay hee aap apni physical fitness kaa bhee khayal karain aur thorri bohot exercise bee start kar dain, iss say aap ko pregnancy mein bohot help milla gee. 

 7). Sleeping Habits: Pregnacy say pehlay hee apni sleeping habits ko improve kar lain, aur koshish karain keh approximately 7-8 hours ke uninterrupted sleep liya karain. Din bhar kay kam aur activities ke wajah say body mein jo tor phor hoti hai, sleep kay doraan uski repair hoti hai, iss liya proper sleeping habits bohot zaroori hain. 

 8). Stress Reduction: Agar aap ke life mein koi stress hai, to iss say nah sirf aap kay pregnant hona kay chances kam ho jaatay hain, aur agar pregnancy ho bhee jaati hai to stress kee wajah say pregnancy mein complications develop ho jaati hain. Apna stress level ko kam karna seekhain. Iska liya Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) aur Deep Breathing bohot effective hain, aur in 2 techniques ka zarya, jin mein sirf 5 minute ka time kagta hai, aap apna stress level bohot kam kar saktee hain. 

 9). Avoidance Of Certain Pets: Kuch gharoon mein pets paalna ka riwaaj hota hai. Pregnant women kay liya zaroori hai keh woh cats say door rahain. Cats kay andar aik parasite ( germ) hota hai jisko Toxoplasma Gondii kehta hain. Yeh parasite pregnant women mein  aik infection cause kar sakta hai jo pregnancy mein bohot harmful hota hai. Iss liya pregnant women kay liya zaroori hai keh woh cats ko bohot zyada avoid karain. 

 10): Avoiding Constipation: Constipation  pregnancy kay liya harmful hoti hai. iss liya agar aap ko constipation ke problem hai to pregnancy plan karna say pehlay hee high fiber diet start kar dain, aur fruits/vegetables aur water ka isteemal zyada karain. Ispaghol Husk bhee constipation ke liya bohot helpful hai, aur pregnancy mein safely use kiya jaa sakta ai.

   Yeh baatain jo mein nay mention kee hain, inpar amal kar keh aap apni pregnancy kay liya aik healthy foundation provide kar saktee hain. Aur jaisa keh mein nay pehla kaha, aik strong building kay liya aik strong foundation hona zaroori hai, issi tarah inn cheezon par amal kar keh aap apni pregnancy kay liya aik healthy foundation provide karain gee.

apka article perh k mjy yeh baat ka shiddat se ehsas horha hai k mera sleeping time good nahi.......like me kbhi bht late uthti hu aur kbhi bht jaldi.

Ab aap kay liye mein kiya likhoon??? Hmmm, let me think!!

Mujha darr hai keh aap ke itnee tareefain kaheen mera berra hee gharaqq nah kar dein!

(You know I'm just joking with you).

On a more serious note, aap ke sleep problem kay liya kuch basic suggestions hain:

1). Koshis karain keh raat ko bed par jaanay kay liya, aur morning mein bed say bahar aana kay liya aik fix time muqarrar karain. Body kay ander aik internal clock hote hai, jo sleep ko maintain kartee hai. Iss internal clock ko properly function karna kay liya yeh zaroori hai keh daily aik khaas time par bed mein jaaian, aur khas time par hee bed say bahar aaian. Shorow shorow mein aap ko kch problem ho gee, magar ahista ahista body iss new sleep schedule ka hisaab say set ho jae gee.Bed par jaanay say subah bed say bahar aana kaa period approximately 7-8 hours kaa ho.

2). Dinner, bed par jaanay say atleast 3-4 hours pehla khaa lain. Bedtime par aik light snack ( piece of fruit etc) lay saktee hain agar zaroorat ho. Magar sona say pehla koi bohot meethi cheez khana say avoid karain. Issi tarah coffee, tea aur caffeinated drinks say avoid karain.

3). Din kay waqt, atleast kuch dair bahar dhoop mein guzaraan, yeh body kay sleep/wake cycle ko regular karna mein bohot helpful hota hai.

4). Bed par lait kar koi book parhna, ya TV daikhna say avoid karain. Iss say aap kay brain aur body ko yeh signal mila gaa keh bed sirf sona kay liya hai, aur bed par lait kar neend jaldi aaye gee.

5). Aksar logon kay saath yeh problem hoti hai keh woh bed par lait kar apni din bhar ke fikron, pareshaanion kay baaray mein sochna lagta hain. Aisa karna say avoid karain. Iska aik practical solution, ( jo shayad thorra ajeeb lagay magar bohot effective strategy hai) yeh hai keh din mein kisi waqt aik 15 minute kay period aisa bana lain jisko aap "Worry Time" kaa naam day dain.Yeh time aisa ho keh aap iss time ko apni pareshaanion kay baaray mein sochna kay liya "reserve"kar lain. Jab raat mein sona laitain aur koi pareshaani ka khayal aaye to uss khayal ko apna next day kay worry time kay liya forward kar dain, aur uss waqt uss kay baaray mein hargiz nah sochain. Kuch din practice karnay say aap iss cheez ke expert ho jaaian gee, aur aap ke pareshaanian aap ko night mein baar baar bother nahin karain gee. Believe me, it's very effective.

6). Koshish karain keh din mein naps laina say avoid karain.

7). Raat ko room mein light yaa to bilkul nah ho, yaa phir nah hona ka barabar ho. Agar thorri see bhee zyada light ho gee to woh sleep hormone "melatonin" ko effect karay gee aur sleep ko disrupt karay gee.

Yeh kuch general strategies hain jo healthy aur peaceful sleep kay liya bohot zaroori hain. I hope keh inn baaton par amal kar keh aap apni sleep ko improve kar sakain gee.

jo tareef k qabil ho unki hi tareef ki jati hai..........aur mein hur kisi ki tareef nahi krti jbkay mere naam ka mutlab bhi tareef hai......:) laikin phir bhi me knjoos hu tareef krne mein per apki koshish aur mann se help krne per apki ezat bhurti hai aur tareef hud hi krne ko dil chahta hai......aur meri yhi dua hai k apka BAIRA PAAR ho Ameeeeeeeen

sir apne jo info share ki he..........inshaAllah me inper isi trah amal krugi jaisay apne btaya hai............kio k sleep k lihaaz se mein bht careless hu kbhi to night jagty guzarti hai kio k me ziada tr fajar ki namaz perh k soti hu aur zuhar k time uthti hu kio k mjy aik dfa so kr dubara uthnaa bht ziada mushkil kaam lgta hai.........

fajar se zuhr ki namaz me 7 se 8hrs ka frq hota aur mein itminaan se soti rehti hu..........aur yeh routine mere liye best hai.laikin aksar aisa hota hai k day me soti hu kbhi kbhi to esha me uthti hu......:( :(

mere hubby ka apna business hai kbhi wo day me jaty he kbhi nahi isliye mein koi fix routine nahi bna saki...............laikin abhi unko bhi aisi hi routine ka adi bnau gi aur day mein naps laine se avoid krugi.inshaAllah

shaid meri sleep ka time fix nahi hai yeh bhi waja hai k me abhi tk theek nahi horhi jb neend fix time per nahi lungi to medicine khana peena bhi disturb hoga aur yeh baat apki waja se aj meri sumjh me ayi hai..........;)

Bohot acchhe baat hai keh aap healthy eating habits apnana chahtee hain. Healthy eating habits develop karna thorra mushkil zaroor hai, magar impossible nahin. Bas koshish karye gaa keh aik dam apni diet ko bohot ziada change nah kar dain. Iss say aap kuch din to apni new diet follow karain gee, phir bore ho jaaian gee. Koshish karain keh apni diet mein ahista ahista thorri thorri changes laaian, yeh ziada behtar method hai apni eating habits ko change karna gaa.
