 Semen Analysis:Please Check it?
Dear Dr Qasim,
Hope you are doing well
Dr sb i have been married since 1 year and still i am not pregnant. We have been advised to have some test. I got my husband semen analysis report now which i am sharing with you. My test reports will be arrived soon.
Please let me know that the semen report is ok or not?

Is waqat apke dear dr.qasim nai hain so app Non-dear Waterr se kam chala lain ;) 1) overall apke husband ka semen analysis fine and okey for pregnancy ha 2) BUT jub 4thngs jama ho jain jo apke case mai hain tou ye perfect semen analysis nai hota a) ph 7.5 (nrml uptil 7.4) b) wbc 3 c) rapid linear 20percent (nrml uptil 30) d) infertility ye cheezain agar alag alag houn yani aik ya do inmese tou faraq nai parta preg hone mai , abhe bhe Koi Gross masla nai most doctor isko Normal kahein ge. Serum Prolactin= 18.7 no/ml
Serum FSH= 6.45 mIU/ml
Serum LH=2.47 mIU/ml
Serum Progesterone=11.94 no/ml
(sample given on 21st day of M Cycle)
Are these results are also ok and can u plz let me know what they are ? |

dosra Lh n Fsh kee ratio impt hotii ha 21 day pee.. woh apkee theek ha..
apke test pregnency ke leye Normal hain n apkey husband key bhee..
but perfect nahee...
for that do consult a doctor n take vitamins n if required hormones
ap apney menses keh 2nd day peh FSH n LH level bhee karwain..
fsh n lh level 2nd day pe significant ha, ratio 21 day peh... plus doctor 21day peh iss leye karwatey hain takeh saath he progesterone ka pata chal jaey

21 day pe LH n FSH ratio daikhtey hain level nai... wo day 2 pe...
Progesterone level daikahtain hain wo theek ha
Thyroid level theek hai..
ab agar mai values bataoun tou kya faida?
