I am an Indian Muslim ..Mere jo khayalat hain wo sirf mere hain and I want to ask the similar questions from everyone in India and Pakistan,,,from the people who are busy earning for their livinghood. Did anyone of us heard of anything about partition untill 1942????? To be very honest no one did..It was just the poison that came from the britishers who were so very frustrated while leaving the Indian Subcontinent that they actually made us do it and its our bad luck that Leaders like Gandhi,,Nehru,,Jinnah etc. took this brutal decision and parted ways,,,one at that time imagined that i would lead to such hatered among people.. If given a chance today to people of Pakistan and India ( do not involve Pandits and Maulvis+ Politicians+ extremists) i guess the decision to unite and comeup as a world power would be taken in a day...This is our land we have lived here for ages...we were one always...we were brothers....why so much hatered why so much anger...why cant welove each other...WHY... I want to kick away all the exremists from India andPakistan and this place a better one.....Any one with me??????????????????
P.S : Like said before these are my thinkings and I want to take things this way....

Hindu Muslim Ek Saath Nahi Rehsaktay Kabhi...
Apko pata hona chahiyai k hindu aur musalmaan do alag alag koumain hain, dono ka culture, zabaan, mazhab, riwayaat o rasomaat, rehen sehen, ikhlakiyaat etc ek dosre k opposite hai, aur jab kisi ek country main 2 majority rakhnay wali akwaam mojood hon tou wahan unka saath rehna impossible hota hai, specially hindu muslim ka. .......Partition honay ka main reason yehi hai, agar sab mil jul kar rah rahay hotay tou bhala muslim majority kyunkar alag watan ka mutaalba karti ? ...hai jo nainsafiyan muslamaano k saath horahi thin wo akhir kab tak chalti......balkay ab bhi jaarti hain wahan k muslims k saath ghair imtiyazi solook.
Iski current misaal apke samnay mojood hai, apke hindustaan main minorities specially muslims k saath jo solook hota hai aur horaha hai wo kisi se dhaka chupa nahi hai, .....balkay agar aese hi na insafiyaan jaari rahin minorities k saath tou ismain koi shak nahi k apka hindustaan k phirse tukray hojayenge. Abhi agar partition na hoti tou hum na ghar k hotay na ghaat k....kam se kam yahan pe azaadi tou se saans lerahay hain, baaki watan chahay jesa bhi ho likin apna hai.
Agar hindustaan main app jese indian muslims hotay mijority main aur unke darmiyaan partition hoti tou phir main apki upper wali tamam baton se ittefaak kata,......magar hindustaan main aksariyat hinduoon ki hai jinke saath muslamaan ka koi match nahi hai, haan app jese indian muslims hamaray bhai hain bilkul aur appse bhala Pakistan k logoun ko kya masla hona hai. ......Pakistan ki bunyaad 2 nation theory aur independent islamic state pe base karti hai jo k partition k baghair impossible tha Muslims k liyain k wo azaadi se reh sakain hinduoon k darmiyaan.
Jahan tak Angrezon k ghulaami ki baat hai tou app aur hum unke ghulaam partition se pehle bhi thay aur partition k baad bhi hain, partition se iska koi taluk nahi hai,...... jo qoumain pechay reh jati hain wo phir lota ban jati hain aur majbooran unko ek tarraki yaafta qoun k pechay chalna parta hai jabtak k wo khud tarraki na karjayen, ......agar ye baat ghalat hoti tou china bhi angrazon ko follow kar raha hota, magar chonkay china tarakki ki taraf gaamzan aur tarraki yaafta mumalik k shana ba shana khara hai is liyain isay zarorat nahi hai kisi ko follow karnay ki.
Main again ye baat repeat kar raha hon k ek ......Agar hindustaan main app aur mere jese indian muslims hotay mijority main aur

Can Muslims settle in kaafir countries for the sake of a better life?
The
basic principle is that it is not permissible for the Muslim to settle
among the mushrikeen. This is indicated by evidence from the Qur’aan
and Sunnah, and on the basis of common sense.
In the Qur’aan, Allaah says (interpretation
of the meaning):
“Verily,
as for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging
themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though
emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): “In
what (condition) were you?” They reply: “We were weak and oppressed on
the earth.” They (angels) say: “Was not the earth of Allaah spacious
enough for you to emigrate therein?” Such men will find their abode in
Hell — what an evil destination!”
[al-Nisa’ 4:97]
In the Sunnah, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
said: “I disown every Muslim who settles among the mushrikeen.”
Narrated by Abu Dawood, 2645; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh
Abi Dawood.
With regard to common sense, the Muslim who settles among the
mushrikeen cannot carry out many of the rituals and visible acts of
worship of Islam, in addition to the fact that he is exposing himself
to temptation because of the permissiveness in those countries that is
protected by their laws. The Muslim should not expose himself to
temptations and trials.
This
is if we look at the evidence of the Qur’aan and Sunnah without paying
attention to what is really happening in Muslim countries and kaafir
countries. But if we look at what is really happening in Muslim
countries, we cannot agree with the questioner when he says,
“Especially since the Muslim countries are no longer very different
from others with regard to adherence to the laws of Islam.” But this
generalization is not correct. The Muslim countries are not all the
same with regard to how closely or otherwise they adhere to the laws of
Islam. Rather they vary in that, and even within one country, regions
and cities may vary in that regard.
Similarly the kaafir countries are not all
the same with regard to their permissiveness and moral laxity; they also vary in that regard.
Each Muslim has his own unique set of circumstances and his own ruling
that applies to him, and each person is accountable for himself. If he
is able to practise his religion in the Muslim country in which he
lives more than he can in a kaafir country, then it is not permissible
for him to settle in a kaafir country. But if it is the other way
round, then it is permissible for him to settle in a kaafir country,
subject to the condition that he is confident that he can resist the
desires and temptations to be found there by taking the precautionary
measures prescribed in sharee’ah.
In a fatwa issued by the Standing Committee (12/50): One may also
migrate from a mushrik land to another mushrik land that is less evil
and where there is less danger to the Muslim, as some of the Muslims
migrated from Makkah at the Prophet’s command to Abyssinia.

Sorry for the late response...My bro tell meone thing..ifyouare such a staunch muslim and folow the laws so strictly and take things so minutly please tell me why did you go to a covent school and learn to speak in english which is a kafir language?? Why do muslims send their children to convent schools...why do they go abroad and settle...why do they go to countries like USA,UK etc to get a better life...I guess these are the most kafir countires according to muslims right??? I'll tell you one thing my friend and to all the people responsing and reading this ...give a chance to anyone to get a better life and settle in a foreign country or get a better education in englisgh everybody will comerunning but yeah when it comes to criticize things and to show taht you are a fanatic everybody says hey we cant live with kafirs.....why the double standards man why??? "The word kaafir is one of the most misunderstood terms in the Arabic language. In fact, it need not have the stigma that is often associated with it. It can be used simply in the sense of 'non-submissive' to God.
The word kaafir comes from the root verb, kafara, which means 'cover'. It was originally used before Islam, in the Arabic language, to describe farmers, when they bury a seed in the ground and cover it with soil in their planting process. Therefore, we may say that the word kaafir implies from its root meaning 'a person who hides or covers the truth'. This is in opposition to a Muslim, who openly testifies to the truth and submits willfully and peacefully to it. In Islamic parlance, it is used to mean someone who deliberately rejects the true faith.
We should avoid calling anybody a kaafir, because only Allah knows who is truly a rejecter of truth and who is merely a misguided person. It is not up to us to "sentence" a person to the wrath of God! We must always maintain a spirit of tolerance and goodwill, along with our zeal to convey the message of truth to others, whatever be the odds!!
