Vegetable Pulao: (ye tarkeeb 1 glass chawalon k liyehai, ok) Sub se pehle 1 glass chawal ko achi tarha saf ker leyn, dho leyn aur pani mein bhigo ker rakh deyn ek bartan mein oil ya ghee jo bi use kerna chaheyn, wo daleyn...1 cup....us meinonions dal deyn 1 bara, finley chopped...jub ye halkey brown ho jayen to is mein garlic aur ginjer paste dal deyn...dono k ek ek spoon.... phir jub ye teenon cheezen bhun jayen, i mean thora sa brown ho jayen to is mein tomatos ( 2-3 barey size k) dal deyn....is mein garam masalay dal deyn ( andazey se like 1-1 tea spoon) like sabit kali pirchen, long, dar cheeni, etc etc.... phir is k bad is mein potatoes dal deyn, cubes mein katey huye (of approx 1 inch size)...phir is ko medium aanch per bhoontey raheyn....sath ap is mein sabit green chillies bi dal deyn.......thora sa water bi dal deyn take aaloo gal jayen.... jub allo gal jayen...to is mein gajaryen (carrots) choti choti kati hui (of half inch)....dal deyn...ye carrots ap ko pehle se alag water mein galani hon gi....werna ye ziada time leyn gi chawal ko pakney mein...is liye ye pehle se gala lijiye ga is k sath hi peas (mutter) dal deyn...wo bi pehle se galay huye honey chahiye.... phir is mein ap 2 glass water dall ker dhakan band ker deyn (1 glass chawal ko pakanay k liye 2 glass pani dalna parta hai...) phir jub paani ubalney lagay to is mein 1 glass chawal jo pehle se dho ker aur bhigo ker rakhay huye they.....wo daal deyn aur dhakan band ker deyn....aur anch halki ker deyn 5-10 min bad check kereyn pani bi khushk honey lagay ga aur chawal bi gal jayen gey...phir ap is ko dum dey deyn.... 2 minute bad dekhiye....ap k vegetable pulao bilkul ready hon gay :-p yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
