Haleem Allah ka naam hai Haleem Allah k 99 naamouN maiN say aik naam hai... lehazaa khaanay ki dish ko Allah k naam say mausoom karnaa sakht bay adbi hai... Iss gustaakhee par Allah hum sab ki maghferat karay aur ayandah aisee gustaakhi saty bachaa.ay.
aur haaN iss dish ka asal naam (Ghaleban) dal.yam hai jo shayad lufz dalyaa say niklaa hai... issay mazeed check karaiN aur ayandah Allah k naamouN ko dishes etc k liyeh use nah karaiN. |

jab is dish ko naam hi yehi hai to aur kya kahain.aur agar ye itni hi gustakhi hoti to koi bhi ek muslim country me Haleem na bech raha hota,aur na hi sar-e-aam likhta ..ke kahan kahan Haleem dastiyaab hai.
aur ye dish jisne bhi ejaad ki hai usne kuch na kuch soch ke iska naam Haleem rakha hoga.Aur agar ye itna bada Gunaah / gustakhi hoti,to kya Pakistan me maulvi so rahe hain? unhe to kab se is dish ka naam badal dena chahye tha.
lehaza mujhe nahi lagta is me koi gustakhi ki bat,Allah ne hi sab language banayi hain,agar Allah ni Nigah me gustakhi hoti to is dish ka naam koi ye na rakh sakta.secondly Allah dillon ke haal janta hai,ke koi ye naam le kar Dish ka keh raha hai ya Allah ke sath gustakhi kar raha hai.!!
plzz ap pk me hi rehte hain ,sab se pehle ap un un jaga pe jayen aur unke stand /restaurant/Hotel band karwayen jahan jahan ye dish is Naam se bik rahi hai. |

pak maiN bahoot kuch hota hai aur sab kuch jaiz nahi hotaa ....
sorry main nay aap ka naam dekhay beghair mahaaz subject dekh kar reply kia...aap issay zaati taur par nah laiN... khud maiN bhi abhi tak iss dish ko issi naam say jaantaa thaa... last days mujhay aik e.mail milli to haqeeqat ka pataa chaalaa ... dauray jahaalat maiN hum bahoot kuch kahtay /kartay rahay haiN... lekin jab maloom hojaye to ehteyaat karna Theek hai....
farz karaiN koi aap k naam kissi aisee cheez ko day day jo aap k shaan aur darjay (as ashraful makhlooq) say giraa howaa ho to aap ko bhi acha nahi lagegaa... kia Allah talaa ko yeh pasand hogaa k oska naam aik dish ko dia jaye???

myrizvi Pk me bohat kuch ghalat hota hai...but Allah ka Hukam na man.na aur Allah ke sath gustakhi karne me bohat farak hai.
agar aisa hai to is dish ka Naam badal dena chahye.kyoonke pk ki 99% awaam is dish ko isi Naam se bulati hai.
maine mind nahi kiya...par ghussa zaroor charha tha :) ,lekin jab ye socha ke apka is me kaunsa faida hai & apka replay dekh kar ghusa khatam ho gaya..

dalyam (haleem) ki tareekh dalyam Recipe 4 sunehri76
Ingredients:
- 150 gm. dried Yellow split Peas
- 115 gm. lentils
- 80 gm. oat meal
- 750 gm chop lamb
- 2 tablespoons Maiezana
- 4 teaspoons Jeera
- 1 big onion
- 4 teaspoons Massala
- 3 teaspoons Ajinomoto
- Shallot
- Lemon
- Salt and Pepper according to taste
- Green Coriander
Method:
- Boil the split peas, lentils with salt for 30 minutes.
- Than soak the lamb cut into cubes with salt, pepper, maiezena and ajinomoto.
- Fry the onion in a chinese wok and add the lamb to it.
- Cook the meat for a few minutes until all its water is evaporated, than add the masala and jeera.
- When the dhall is ready, add the lamb and 2 lit of water and cook for 30 minutes in a pressure cooker.
- Then, add the oats diluted in a glass of water.
- Boil it until it thickens to a nice soup. Your haleem is ready to serve.
Dalyam (Persian: حلیم) is a thick Persian, Pakistani and North Indian high calorie dish. In Anatolia, Iran, the Caucasus region and northern Iraq, types of dalyam (haleem) are Keshkek and Harisa. Although the dish varies from region to region, it always includes wheat, lentils and meat. Dalyam, and a variation called Khichra is very popular in India.
dalyam is made of wheat, meat (usually beef or mutton, but sometimes chicken or minced meat), lentils and spices. This dish is slow cooked for seven to eight hours which results in a pastelike consistency, with the taste of spices and meat blending with wheat.
Dalyam is sold as snack food in Bazaars all year around. It is also a special dish prepared during Moharram, particularly amongst Pakistani and Indian Muslims. In India, dalyam prepared in Hyderabad, during the Ramadan month, is very famous and is distributed all over the country.
In Bangladesh, dalyam has attained a significant level of popularity in the urban centres. It is now a very popular food item in capital Dhaka during Ramadan. The preparation of dalyam is complicated.

jab ghosth gal jai tu uss key rashey kar laien or us ko dalon key sath mix kar daien or pkney daien
phir thori thori si dear may uss may chamcha chaltey rahein,or agar chahey tu chopper may bhi peas saktey haien jab sab kuc pis jai tu uss may sabut 3,5 long or kali mirch or teez pattey 1,2 dalien or phir khoob pakien(haleem bhout dear tak pakti hey jab hi uss ka taste sahi ata hey)jab sab kuch achi trha gal jai tu akhir may agar chien tu ghee use kar sakti haien lakin agar ghee nahi use karna tu teel may hi piyaz ko brown karien or jab piya honey lagey tu uss teel may hi pisa garam masla dla kar haleem par bhagar laga diaen

Karachi mai samnabad ki haleem bahut mashhoor hai, dabba mai bhi milti hai, export bhi hoti hai. lehaza etni mehnat ker ke pakane ki kia zaroorat hai. agar pakana hai tu khooshi khooshi pakai, nak bho.n charha ker pakane ka kia faida? iss tarah pakane se haleem jal jaaye ga, aur saari mehnat barbad ho jaaye gi. |
