AGAIN POSTING Besan Ka Halwa

following recipe main nay ek site say copy paste ki hai.......

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup besan
1 cup sugar (powdered)
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 cup whole milk
safron
almond


METHOD:

• -- Spread Besan evenly on a microwavable plate and heat it for 1 min. Then slowly mix the powder using the fork and again heat for another 2 min with mixing the flour here and there in between and thus nicely roasting it.

• Soak saffron in the above milk.

• Melt about 3 Tbsp of ghee in a heavy bottomed kadai and then add the above besan and fry until the raw smell of besan is completely gone (besan turns to golden brown). Tip: Keep stirring constantly and do not let it form granules.

• To this add sugar and keep stirring for another min.

• Now add the remaining ghee( if wanted) and above milk and keep stirring for another few mins until it is all mixed well and forms a single mass. Add Almond slices.

• Serve hot and enjoy.

• Note: If you stir and cook more than required don't worry just spread it evenly on a greased plate and let it cool completely, then cut them into desired shape and serve as burfy.

nahi aysi koi bat nahi actuly us time.... meri khala sas e bola tha k wo aa rahi hay... or un ko halwa khana hay beshan ka......... muje malom nahi tha kese banta hay......... bana lia us k bad net pe aye b to bohot kam...... muje apna topic nahi mil raha tha... phir achanak profile main ja kar dekha to thanks kia... any wayz thank u HITMAN........ halwa wakay acha bana tha......... un se dar bohot lagta hay isliye ider a gye thi puchne.....

maine kuch din pehle kisi kiran ki post dekhi thi us ne apne fiancy ko birhtday wish ki par jawab khala ne dia tha......... ider b yeh hi masla hay...... koi b bat ho jawab khala ki taraf se ata hay darte hay ji.... koi gar bar huye to parents ko hi bura kaha jata hay.......
