Pudding

"PUDDING"

ye pudding aise sanchey mein banani hi gi jis ka dhakan bhi achi tarhan bund ho sakey....nonstick aise bht se saanchay available hain...agar na ho to ap is ko jassi k kisi tiffen k ek uper waley dabbay mein bhi bana sktey hain...jesey main banata hun :-)

2 glass milk leyn aur us mein half cup suger achi tarhan se mix ker leyn.....phir is mixture mein 2-3 eggs daleyn aur achi tarhan se mix ker leyn....

ab us sanchay mein jis mein banana hai...us mein 2-3 table spoon suger daleyn aur us ko chuley per hath se garam keryen....khyal rahey k suger ko sirf melt ker k medium brown sa kerna hai...ziada dark na keryen...is se suger ka karwa zaika ho jata hai....

jub ye ho jaye...to 5-10 minute k liye is ko room tempurature per rakh deyn...ye thanda ho jaye ga aur phir is mein milk wala mixture daal deyn....

ab dhakan achi tarhan se bund ker deyn aur ek pressure cooker leyn...us mein is dabbay ko rakheyn aur itna pani dalyen k pani is k  dabbay dhakan se thora neechey ho....means , dabba us mein sink na keryen...phir is dabbay k uper 1/2kg ya 1kg ka wait rakh deyn....(jo tarazu k wait hotey hain).....is se ye ho ga k presuure se dabba uthey ga nahi aur weight us dabbay ko apni jaga se hilney nahi dey ga....

ab pressure cooker ko achi tarhan bund keryen aur aag per rakh deyn...jub cooker ki seeti bajney lagay to 20-25 minute bad aag bund ker deyn...aur jub seti bund ho jaye to 5-10 miniute aur wait keryen aur phir cooker ko khol k saancha ya dabba bahar nikal leyn....ye jum chuki ho gi

ab is ko thanda kerney k liye referegator mein rakh deyn...jub thanda ho jaye to phir is ko kisi achi si dish mein nikal leyn....

bohat swwet si pudding ready hai....mazey ley ker khayen ;-p
