Pheeka Chicken
"PHEEKA CHICKEN" red chilli ap ne ye recipe puchi thi...isey yad se note kijiye ga.... sub se pehle ap chicken leyn....not boneless....balke behter hai k pieces wala leyn ...4 piece kerwa leyn chicken k....us k bad us mein 1 and half bowl of achi tarhan phainta hua dahi, salt to taste, black pepper 2 table spoons, vinegar 2 soons, soya sauce, 1 spoon and 1 lemon juice....in sub ko chickn mein achi tarhan se mix ker leyn aur is ko room tempurature per 1 hour k liye rakh deyn,..... us k bad ek karhai mein 1 large spoon of ghee ya oil daleyn....aur is mein wo chicken daal deyn....chaheyn to thora sa pani bhi daal deyn takey chicken gal jaye....jub ye half gal jaye to is ko halki anch per bhoon'na shuru ker deyn....is ko achi tarhan 10-15 minutes bhooneyn....itni der mein apni chicken bi gal jaye gi aur bhun bhi jaye gi.... then its ready to eat....chaheyn to aise hi kha leyn...chahyen to roti k sath khayen.... yummyyyyyyyy....it very delicious ;-p
