talaq deta hai to us ka husband us ko kabi maaf nahi kary gaa jis say us k shdi ho gi, main b us ko chorna nhi chata kisi b larki kayl liye both tuff hota hai kisi larky say court marriage kar le,mera dost both tens hai pls meri help karo,

Kia us ko talaaaq dye dye chor dye yaa phir parents ki marzi kay baghir us kay sath zindgi guzary kia kar

rah musla qanoon qaiday ka to wo aap ko rok nahi sukta  iss musla se aap k apny ikhtiar mein he k aap apny liye kiya sochty hein.......

aur aik baat yaad rukhein k aissi herktein zindgi ko bohat bhianak ker deti hein phir na to insan  apny liye rehta he na waldein k liye aur na hi jiss k liye sub kuch chorha.

sab say pehlay to ye bata du k wali ki marzi k khilaf nikah mukammal nahi hota ha. wali say murad larki k waliden hein. Jis nikah ki aap bat ker rahe hein ye court k mutabiq thik ha lekin shariah k mutabiq ghalat ha. Mulk k qanun k mutabiq dono miya biwi hein or mulk ka qanun aap ko hifazat faraham keray ga lekin sheriat k mutabiq ye namukammal nikah ha. Ya to lerki k waliden ki marzi k sath dubara nikah kiya jaye ya phir talaq de di jaye.

The rulings stated in our fatawa are based on the Hanafi mazhab, unless otherwise mentioned. Hereunder are the conditions for validity of nikah according to the Hanafii mazhab:

1. Offer and acceptance should take place.
2. It should be witnessed by two sane Muslims who have reached the age of maturity

However, some of the other mazahib do state that nikah will not be valid without the presence of a Wali (guardian), and the nikah be conducted with the words of the wali

The ruling regarding a secret marriage is as follows:

* If the woman has married such a man who is not "equal" to her in Shariah, then the contract of nikah is not valid

* If the women got married to her equal and the other requirements of nikah mentioned above are found, the nikah will be valid.

Overall, Islam does not encourage secret nikahs and Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) had ordered the Sahaba (R.A) to announce their nikahs
