rE::: Khush amdeed kaali zabaan khush amdeed main barson say appka intezaar farma raha tha, aur akhir kaar app aahi gaye........main appko dobara wapis anay par khush amdeed kehta hon......
aur saath main ye bhi kehna chahta hon k app moderator abhi bani hon ya pehley, meri nazar main app pehley say hi moderator hain aur rahen gi....
wesay itnay dino say app kahan ghayab thi, sab kheriyat tou hai na.....??meray mutabik app shayad 5 to 6 months baad aye hain.........

Mujhe full permission ke saath moderator banaya gia hai. re: "kali agar apko mod banaya he to itna to bataya hoga na keh apne kisi keh samne disclose nai karna apne aap ko?"
Bili_miau: nahi mujhe aisa nahi kaha gia. balkeh mujhe yeh bhi bataya gia hai keh kon kon junior moderator hai. mujh per yeh pabandi hai keh mai forum par larai jhagra nahi ker sakti aur na hi ikhtalafi reply ker sakti hoo. jabkeh junior moderator forum per larai jhagra bhi ker sakte hai (muhazzab andaz mai) aur ikhtilafi reply bhi de sakte hai. isi liye junior moderator ko apna name disclose kerne se mana kia gia hai.
albatta junior moderator ki karkardagi behtar rahi tu ose full moderator bana dia jaaye ga, aur ose bhi woh tamam permission mil jaaye gi jo mujhe mili huyee hai.
mujhe maloom hai keh aap meri baat achchi tarah samajh rahi hai...........

aur now ur claiming that ur a sort of " full mod" with all the respect and permission...than i wuld suggest u to learn a bit english as well...as it might be hard for u to give warnings ...i mean warnings to ppl like me...!! wht do u think? isnt it a usefull suggestion for u? |

urdu mai moderator note Sooth: aap ki karkardagi behtar rahi tu aap ko bhi pehle junior moderator aur phir baad mai full moderator banaya jaa sakta hai. aap ko article ke maamle mai mai ne jo mashwarah dia hai pehle aap os per amal kare, aap ki kar kardagi bhi noorclinic intezamia ke nazar mai aa jaaye gi.
lekin aik baat ka khial rakhiye ga keh koi bhi article kisi aur website se copy past nahi honi chahiye. albatta aap os ka urdu mai translation ker sakti hai. translation ke baad aap ose post ker sakti hai. lekin jis website per asal article hai os website ka url zaroor likhiye ga. forum par ose reference url ke tor se post kia jaa sakta hai.
Bili_miau: yeh haqeeqat hai keh mujhe english nahi aati. lekin mera khial hai keh members mera urdu mai moderator note pasand kare ge. aur yeh baat tu aap achchi tarah jaanti hai keh mai ab aap ko warning note nahi doogi ...........
