Bread Recipes: Chapati

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup hot water or as needed

 DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, stir together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour and salt. Use a wooden spoon to stir in the olive oil and enough water to make a soft dough that is elastic but not sticky. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is smooth. Divide into 10 parts, or less if you want bigger breads. Roll each piece into a ball. Let rest for a few minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot, and grease lightly. On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll out the balls of dough until very thin like a tortilla. When the pan starts smoking, put a chapati on it. Cook until the underside has brown spots, about 30 seconds, then flip and cook on the other side. Continue with remaining dough.

bread halwa

what all u need is bread 1 pack much better if unsliced ( cut into cubes) agar sliced bread hi milte hai market mein to no problem
sugar acording to taste
2 liter milk
mewa if needed like kismis kajus pista etc
oil for frying

ap bread cubes lena aur heated oil mein golden brown fry kar lena , remove it and let it cool

ek pan mein ya hollow vessel anything convinent for u, us mein milk boil kar lena aur us mein sugar add kar lena acroding to ur taste ke aap bohat zyada mitha khate ho ya medium or lite , lekin it is always good ke aap zyada sugar dalo while cooking iska ye reason hai ke ap jab apna desert thanda karte ho fridge mein rakh kar to u wil find sweet is less after kept in fridge, nw after adding sugar ap milk ko aut thoda paka lena so tha milk gets nice taste say for 5 mins aap sugar and milk ko low heat par rakh kar paka lo, then slowly add this fried bread cubes and cook it by slowlu stirring it, itna bhi na hilana ke pura bread tut jaye aur atta sa lagge, bas slowly keep mixing time to time in low flame , and it wil automatically soak milk is u wil find a fine consistency halwa  which is semi solid in status, agar apko lage ke milk kam hogaya hai to u can add extra milk from top which is again cooked with sugar,
when done u can add u can add kismis and kaju wat ever dry fruits u got when halwa is still hot, isko bas normal room temp mein aane tak ka wait karna and keep in fridge till chill, enjoy it!!
rich in calories yumm on taste , kafi simple hai, agar apko lage ke u should get more taste then when u try this recipe next time u can add lil khoya mashed in dessert while cooking, i enjoy without khoya and its hit during ramzan when u send iftar for ur relatives its too good try out and let me know
