MASALA BHARAY KARALAY sub se pehle ko karalon k chilkay achi tarhan utar leyn aur unhen dahi wali lassi mein daal ker 1 hour k liye rakh deyn us k bad achi tarhan hathon se mal k pani se dho leyn... masala tayar keryen...us k liye pyaz ko bareek cut ker leyn....green chillies, sabit imliyan ( cut ker leyn), in teeno cheezon ko grinder mein daal ker pees leyn....bohat ziada paste bi na ho aur ziada mota bhi na ho... ab is masalay mein red chilli powder, namak, sookha dhaniya mix ker leyn.... ab ek pan mein oil dalyen...thora sa....deep fry nahi kerna...us mein ye karalay paknay k liye daal deyn...chahayen to thora sa pani add ker dktey hain takay jalay nahi....jub karalay gal jayen to is ko bhoon leyn... ur dish is ready.... ;-p
