Gajar Ki Kheer
"GAJAR KI KHEER" is k do tareekey hain.....1 ye hai k ap garaon ko kadu-kash ker k phir is ko bhoon k pakayen......secondly ye hai k ap gajaron ko pehle gala leyn aur phir pakayen..... First of gajaron ko kadu ksh ker k thora sa oil daal k un ko bhoon leyn aur halki aag per usaey galney deyn....sath hi 2-3 alaichian bhi daal deyn, bht achi khushbu hoti hai......jub gajareyn gal jayen to us mein suger add ker deyn.....pehle 1 cup daal deyn...bad mein meetha check ker lijiye ga...... us k bad is ko achi tarhan se 2-3 minute bhooneyn...phir is mein milk daal deyn....as required....ziada patla nai kerna....jitna gaja hain utney hisab se mil daleyn......phir is ko ubala aney per aanch thori halki ker deyn.....phir is ko pakney deyn.....aur sath sath chamach bhi kuch kuch der bad hilatey rahey.....is ko itna pakayen k milk aur gajareyn bilkul achi tarahn se mix ho jayen aur garha garha sa kheer ki tarhan se bun jaye..... lijiye apki gara ki kheer tayar hai.......yummmmyyyyyyyyyyy ;-p
