This is a discussion fourm where people ask questions and discuss issues that they cannot do openly. What i see is mostly we do not answer the question or stick to the topic, instead, arguing with each other and sometime becomes abusive as well. Is this professional.

Moderator: Can you please think of ammending some of your rules and ristrict people to stick to the point.
