CHICKEN TANDOORI Is k liye ap chicken lijiye not bonesless....pieces waley hon to ziada behter hai...best yahi hai k charghay ki tarhan ek chicken k 4 pieces karwa leyn...aur us per kantay aur churi se halkay halkay se kahin kahin per cut laga leyn us k bad ap 1 cup dahi leyn us mein namak to taste, black pepper 1 spoon, thora sa sookha dhaniya.... choti red chillies 7-8 sabit leyn aur sath 2-3 spoon pani leyn in dono ko grinder mein dal ker achi tarhan piece leyn takey paste bun jaye....ye paste bi dahi mein dal deyn aur sath hi thora sa chinese salt aur soya sauce 1 spoon dal deyn ..... ab is mixture ko chicken per achi tarhan laga ker 2-3 hours k liye frige mein rakh deyn...takey masala achi tarahn chicken mein jazb ho jaye.... phir oven mein is ko bake ker leyn.... ap chaheyn to is ko chooley per bi steam dey sktay hain.... lekin asal tareeka oven mein pakanay wala hai garam garam tandoori chicken raita, salad aur garam roti k sath serve keryen... yummmyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy ;-p ;-p
