CHICKEN HOT WINGS: Chicken wings of 1 kg chicken lijiye....us mein salt to taste, red chilly powder (1 spoon), black pepper (1 tea spoon), Oyster sauce (1 tea spoon), Wechester sauce ( 1 tea spoon), Soya sausce ( 1 tea spoon), 1 egg ( beat ker k daleyn), 1/4 cup of maida, 1 full cup of cornflour... in sub cheezon ko achi tarhan se mix ker leyn chicken mein....us k bad is ko oil garam ker k fry ker leyn....khyal rahey k aanch tez na ho, takey chicken kacha na reh jaye....golden brown honey per utar leyn....
