CHICKEN ROAST sub se pehle 1 handi wala chamach desi ghee mein finely cut onion daal ker thora sa light brown ker leyn...phr halki anch per isey gala leyn....jub onions gal jayen to is mein 1 chicken daal deyn....sath hi salt to taste, black pepper 2 teaspoon, thori si haldi aur 2 teaspoon sukha dhaniya daal deyn...aur is ko galney k liye rakh deyn...sath hi 1 peyali dahi daal deyn...bilkul achi tarhan phaint ker dalyen... us k bad jub chiekcn half gal jayen to is ko halki anch per achi tahan se bhoon leyn...khyal rahey k gravy ziada brown na honey paye.,,,,sath sath pani chirektey jayen aur bhoontey jayen...isi tarhan chicken gal jaye gi aur sath hi bhoon ker ghee bi alag ho jaye ga.... phir is mein ap shorbay ki tarahn banayen aur thora sa pani aad ker deyn...ziada thick shorba bi nai bana aur na hi ziada patla ho...bus itna pani add kerna hai k roti k sath asani se khaya ja sakye...phir is ko ubaal dilwa ker dish meindaal deyn aur uper se thori si black pepper chirek deyn lijiye garma garam chicken roast tayar hai, naan ya roti k sath paish keryen.... yummyyyyyyyyyyy ;-p
