Mein eik software company mein peechley 6 saal se kam kar raha hoon. Eik mein hi developer hoon jo bhi kam hai mujhey hi kerna parta hai yaani i am all in all. Growth jo ke honi chaheiy thi wo nahi ho saki .. yani company bhi ziada earn nahi ker rahi iss liey shaied salary bhi ittni achi nahi hai. Boss is personally good person but professionaly not. Acha admi hai likin business ko ittna acha nahi janta.

Ab meri shaadi ho chukki hai salary bharne ka kareeb kareeb filhaal koi chance nahi lag raha. Eik do offers hain achi comapnies se with good salary and and large companies.. lakin job security ke issue ki waja se derta hoon.

Kahin aise na ho ke kuch maheeno mein kissi waja se farig ho jaooon. agar kam sahi se na ker saka tu kahin fire na ho jaooon. Moujoda company mein ittna time ho gya hai yahan phir bhi aisee condition mein manage ho jata hai. laking finaincialy bohat pressure hai. Galat kaam kerna nahi chahta.

Plz friends.. give your sincer opinion. and do contribute .. ta ke mein appne or familay ke liey koi sahai decesion le sakooon.

apki info agar solid hai is bare mai k jo apne apni old comp k bare mai batayee hai to phir meri yehe advice hai k ap new comp mai apply karain

ap k pas experience bhi hai 6 years ka aur apki salary increase hosati hai new firm mai, likin agar app ko doubt hai to ap apne method sey pehle new company k bare mai search karlain (jahan aply karna hai) phir step lain.
