 Concieving Problem: Not Concieving Even With Out Birth Control - Solution Needed?
Dear Doc, i Have been married from last 4 years probably,i had a miscarrige as per doc heart beat of baby didnt start and i had a DNC(abortion) before 3 years i conceive again with out any treatment and i have a baby boy of 2 nd half years.After his birth i take gynaclosid for 6-7 months to avoid a new pregnency i used to take this medicine after every 15 days.but now its been more then a year that we are taking no precautions but i didn't conceive.i had a checkup doc suggested me to take..Medicine Name Edited... (not rem name of medicine exactly) ,1 in morning nd 1 in evening from 3rd day of my periods till end,i did it but no results next month i did same with 2 tab in morning and 2 in evening but no results ,then i left it,i dnt know y am i not conceiving my weight is 80 kg and i am 5 feet 6 inches,i have a ceaser during ist baby's birth due to breech position of baby,what can i do now

- please reduce your body weight first
- intercourse in ovulation is most important
- i advise you semen test for your husband also
- please tell us about your periods cycle.. normal or abnormal?
- what your family doctor says about all this?
- what is your age and husband age?
- share more medical history especialy periods history .

Some more info i dont know what is ovulation nd dnt have any idea about ovulation days
as far as my period cycle is concerend i have it every month,it was usually 7 days after due date but then it come's to normal routin,but from last two months i had my periods once after 11 nd once after 13 days of due date and this month it starts on 24th dec as far as i rem my due date is 30 or 1st.second imp thing i have little bleeding problem as from the start of my mensis,i had it for 3 to 4 days and not very much of bleedin,my gynec says its ok to have mensis monthly,
I have checked m doc twice a few months back nd she has given me tab mentioned above,i didn't go again.
my age is 22 years and husband's age is 25 years
and i didn't do any test of mine as well so is there any recomendations of tests to be done,as when i last went to my gynec she told k ovaries are ook and inshalah i'll conceive with tab,but that does'nt work,after that i had few family problems with my husband and we live together but didn't talk and didn't have much physical relations.
but now every thing is fine and i want to conceive again so should i do any test of mine or just of husband's test,or is there any medicine which i or my usband takes which helps us.thanks

- intercourse during ovulatioin bot important hy so during ovulation days intercourse ko miss ni kurty
- husband ka just semen test kurwana hy.
- khosh rahyin, stress na layin. acha khana kahyin, man on top sexual position use kurin
- intercourse ky bahd ek dum apni jugha say na othyin kum uz kum 30 ment osi positioin meh lati rayin or legs ko fold kur layin or intercourse meah hips sy thora agy kur ky hulka say pillow rukha kurin.
- orgasm dono ek sath agur lay sukin tu try for that,
- muzeed koi bat pochni ho tu zuroor pochin
- weight zruoor reduce kurin.

REply pls thanks alot for your suggestions,
1 more concern is kai main intercourse kai foran bad uth jati hon as i my self has a lot of discharge and what my husband usaually do is he loves me,touches my body then i got a feeling i dn't know what it is exactly but i feel very good during that 1--2 mins time period,he usaully intercourse at that time when i have that feeling,is this orgasm and is male has the same feeling and when,2nd thing i feel kay as i have a lot wety discharge to at the time of intercouse i didn't feel his penis too much and feel kai after intercurse all discharge comes out,is this mine or his.
and i tried to be on bed for 30 mins
nd my husband didn't smoke or drink

sorry i didn't post my reply again nd again i dn't know how this happens i have read all the articles so as far as i understand it tells kai i need to intercourse during my ovaluation days ,we need to do my husband's test,i need to stay on bed after 30 mins of intercourse and use a pillow at back,
can you pls calculate my ovalution cycle |

Cycle i have calculated it from a calculator available on net and i think it is from 4th jan to 9th jan 2010 as my mensis starts date is 24th dec,is this right |

REply pls i have a question that if some one is married but has some issue's like kay i have a friend who is married but now she also like's some other guy,that guy may be like my friend as well but he didn't said like kay he like her,but they once or twice has telephonic sex kind a talk,now her concern is kay if she wants to get divorced so kya islam mai aisa kuch hay kai wo khod kula lai sakay,coz his husband has bad habbits like having affairs with other galz e.t.c,and how can she take her step,or kya shadi kay bad kisi or say aisa relation ya feelings rakhna is this gunah.

- Obesity bhe infertility kartii hai kunke hormones Fat ke wajah sey disturb hotey hain
- jo medi ap laiti thein woh Clomid hogey for ovulation.. ussey pehley hormone test zaroori hotey hain... consult a good doc
