My Recommendations :
Disclosure of Moderator - Disagree , It should be kept confidential and restricted to Officials only.
Eligibility Criteria for Moderator - Agree , 6 Months Experiece plus Neutral Behaviour , Understanding of Basic English & Urdu , Basic know-how about Computer , Internet and Forum.
Closure of Thread without any Notice - Agree , Members should be warned first supportive with valid reasoning.
Deletion of Post - Halfly Agree & Halfly Disagree , Warning should be given only in case of non-serious or less serious case case but if the case is serious then immediate action should be taken accordingly.
Restoration of Post - Agree , Aggrieved person's post should be restored as soon as possible and appropriate action should be taken against Moderator in default.
Final Words - I hope you would put all our suggestions and opinions into consideration and intiate your action accordingly.

re: moderatorship junior moderator ke liye kam az kam 6 month aur senior moderator ke liye kam az kam 1 year forum per regular stay hona chahiye. ghair tajarbakar member ko moderator ship dena aisa hi lagta hai jaise bandar ke haath mai naryal.

Sunehri: mera khayal hai keh restore option kisi bhi member ke paas nahi hai. albatta agar delete option aap ke paas nahi hai tu milni chahiye.

bas fark itna hai ki kuch member ko edit delete ke options diye gaye hai aur kuch member ko Block, Unblock, Restore, Delete, Edit, ye sabhi options diye hai...
