I am unable to find mussel involved in kegal exercise ,plz help me to find it(I want to do this exercise for drops problem)

Kegal Exercise For Men And Women

 

 Dear Bro,

 Asslam-0-Allakum,

 The pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle is an important muscle in the human body. It is a hammock-like muscle, found in both sexes, that stretches from the pubic bone to the coccyx (tail bone) forming the floor of the pelvic cavity and supporting the pelvic organs. That was the anatomical approach for the muscle in simple words when you urinate and suddenly stop the urine flow the muscle involved is PC muscle. NOW to check where it is , place your finger near your anus between your legs and when you stop the flow of urine you will feel the contraction of muscle under your finger that is known as PC muslce.

The best way for beginner is * Fragmented Urination* means that Urinate in steps , say in begining you do set of 30 in each urination. Do this for 1 week daily in every urination.Then increase your counting to 50 for 2nd and 3rd weeks. In 3 week you will notice a very remarkable improvement.

 You are very welcome brother, if need more assistance I am at your dispose.

 One thing to mention that when you begin this exercise you will find it very confusing because you will contract your stomach and hip muscle with PC muscle and this will disappoint you , but dont worry soon you will master it.

Kegal Exercises For Men - Kegal Exercises For Women

Kegal Exercise is basically designed to make stronger a group of muscles found in both men and women. These muscles are used to constrict certain organs present in the body. Like these muscles are able to with hold the urine and feces. If some body gets strong desire to pass the urine or some times the stool, he or she may hold them for the time he or she wants by virtue of these muscles. This group of muscles is termed as Pubococcygeal muscles. Collectively we can describe three main functions of these muscles which are as follows:

 

  1. They hold the Urine.
  2. They hold the Feces.
  3. They hold the Semen ejaculation in males and constrict the vagina in females.

 

In all of the above actions, these muscles constricts and hence able to perform the above actions. One can experience the impact of these muscles by holding the urine or feces for some times. The muscles that tighten the tone of anal canal or resist the pressure of urinary bladder are the same muscles.

 

In Kegal exercise, the same group of muscle is made stronger enough. Those individuals who suffer from urinary or fecal incontinence may get benefit from Kegal's Exercise. This exercise will especially beneficial for those who have premature ejaculation. Also in women, this exercise would make the pelvic muscles stronger and hence a woman may get more pleasure during intercourse. This thing is also true for men that they may get much stonking pleasure while intercourse when they make their specific muscles stronger via Kegal's exercise.

 

This exercise is very simple to perform. In short it is being described below:

 

  • Firs identify the specific group of muscles. Go to the toilet when needed and try to hold the urine or feces for a while. These are the muscles which are made stronger that hold the urine or stool
  • Once the muscles have been identified then there will be no need to go to the wash room. A man or woman may work on these muscles while standing, lying walking and sitting.
  • A person is required to make the muscles tight or constrict for few minutes, up till he or she can sustain. After that he or she will be required to release the tone.
  • This is the total exercise that should be repeated up to few numbers initially and then the number of exercises in sets of three, one morning, evening and night should be increased gradually with the passage of time.
  • Do it again and again and feel the pleasure and excitement of physiological techniques.
  • Much improvement could be experienced not less than within three months.

kegal is not gud

i didnt read the full post coz i think i dont need it but some of points i want to clear all of u

kegal exercize is gud for hold urine but not as much long as 10 mints or 15 mints ye aap k masanay kharab ker de gy

or kuch logon ko mai nay boltay hoey suna hay k kegal k tareeqay se aap apna discharge honay ka time increase ker saktay hian lakin mai ye kehna chahoo ga k wo bilkul ghalat hay jab aap discharge hotay hian to us weqt semen sticky se hoty hay or buhat baar us k drops aap mei reh jatay hian jo waqty tour pe pata nahi chaltay lakin wo baad mei aap k liyay nasoor ban jaein gay so plz think about it n doctors ko mai kahon ga k is per reserch ek baar phir ker lain
