Assalam o alaikum weight reduce k lye koi asaan tips deen xercise nahin kar sakti kamar mei dard ho jata hai .bank mai job krti hon ziada bethay rehnay ki waja se bhi wazan barh raha hai. breast ka size bhi ziada hai .mehrbani kar k kuch ilaj batayee baghair mai bohat pareeshan hon. meri frnds mera mazak urati hainmeray weight ki waja se.

our lunch time kahny sy pahly salad khaya karein .
our jo bhee dite lain ousko control karein
i mean agar nashtay main 2 yah 4 bread pice to itni he lain
lunch n dinner main bhee asa he karein chapti fix kr lain aik yah 2
our chiknai sy 100% prhaiz
fast food sy 100% prhaiz
hope n sure time k sath sath weight kam hota jai ga
our morning walk yah evening walk lazmi kia karein , not slow slow walk,,,,,,,,fast fast |

mine experience irum u kn w aj se aik year pahlae maira weight bhi 80 tha mairi height 5.7 hae.or waist 36 thi,and now my weisght is 55 and waist is 29.ok ager apko slim hona hae tou apko meetha.fry cheezain nai khani.mae apko method btatai ho ap wou karo definately aik year mae ap bhi slim ho jao gyi.subha morning mae apko tea ke sath brown rusk laina hoga wou bhi juz aik.11 bjae grape fruit ka juice piyo.aik glass,3 bjae salad bna kar khao us me lemon daal kar chat ki tarah bna lou.5 bjae pher tea piyo.and rat ko aik glass blai utra hua milk piyo.iskae sath half hour subha walk karo and half hour sham ko. ok ap result khud daikhna. |
