Psycdoc I do not know when you will be online. I want to know something.Will it be ok for me to join a gym or something. I mean kya excessive exercise mujhy help karegui ya mera problem worse ker degi?My sister's doc said she has a problem that is aggreviated in summer (high temp) i am not sure if that is the case with me too.I mean is my chemical imbalance that kind of imbalance that will go worse due to exercise. I do feel light and fel that i can sleep well if i am tired. Although the duration does not exceed the normal 2-3 hours but quality improves and i do not get the dream.

nai me ... i mean.. ab nya bf nahi bnana mujhy me shadi kerlungi next time koi dhang ka proposal aya tou.
