Massage with olive oil is good or bad???

Dear experts

I do massage on my penis and testicles with olive oil to keep them healthy and erecting well. I want to know is there any side effects of this action. specially in getting my wife pregnant. because when i do it my organs become hot and I know that hot things are not good for having pregnancy. please dont take my words wrong... its only massage NOT masturbation.
