• donot take medicines for relief of mild pain. And if the pain is severe then consult gynecologist.
• take warm water bath daily during menses
• u can do hot fomentation of the lower abdomen
• take warm milk at bed time
• drink more water
• avoid fatty and spicy food
• take proper rest
• donot think that u are sick, its a normal physiological phenomenon is reproductive age
• follow ur regular daily routine as usual days.
