 Dark Circle On Eyes And Spots On Skin
Doctor please help me I have dark circle on my eyes.i take rest n diet properly still i have this problem secondly spots on my face after allergy.i have skin allergy in childhood but now allergy is allright but there are black spots on face please tell me anything to remove spots.bcoz my face look very ugly.please i will be very thankful to you if u help me All members Also

i think that.. if u put some ice cold cotton pads on ur eyes before going to bed.. leave them on closed eyes for abt 10 mins..and just relax ..that might help...some ppl think that its the best idea to get rid of them..and freshen the eyes |

for beaui beaia you should eat lot of oranges and take plenty of water.
take healthy diet and eat more vegetables.
sleep well and have sweet dreams....your face will be freshen up.
ok , try it tehn tell me
and onething laugh out loudly ,, be happy,,,,,,,,this way you will forget your black circles around eyes if they left after my advice(above) infact they will be vanished wen u routined up new diet.

main ne to ye suna hai k ye neend ki kami aur low intake of milk ki waja se bhi hota hai
isliye main to ye kahun ga k milk ziada piya kero aur neend ka bi bht khyal rkha kero... |

I think kay aap jis ko proper kah rahi hain wo proper diet nahi hay. aur diet jo sach much proper ho uss say bohat ferk peray ga aap ki skin aur dark cricles per.

 hmmm
I got the same happening with me as well.whenever I gnore my sleep or wake all nights,dark circles come out beneath my eys but when my routeen is back ,my eyes look aright..I dont use nothing .. |

i got the same dark circles, very dark, kia koe mujhy in ko khtam krny ka method bta sakta hey , i will be very thnkful to you,,, or is k ilawa mry face per chicken pox k nishan hyn kia in ko khtam krny ka koe method hey?

home remedy Apply badam (almond) oil on ur dark circles at nite while sleeping.have sabar ( patience) and do this for approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Inshaallah ur problem will be solved.
my cousin too did the same. and now alhamdulillah is got rid of that problem.inshaallah it will also be effective to u 2.
badam oil is available in almost all cosmetics shops, medical shops and even in general stores.
patience is most essential to this
