"CHICKEN DHAKA" Sub se pehle ap chicken (1kg + boneless) mein thora sa salt, chines salt1 teaspoon, red chillies 1 tea spoon ye sub daal ker thori der marinate kerney k liye rakh deyn....atleast 1 hour....us k bad ap is ko thora sa steam dey deyn..... jub chicken half gal jaye to isey utaar deyn aur thanda honey k liye rakh deyn....jub ye thora thanda ho jaye to is mein black pepper (1-2 teas spoons), 1 table spoon vinegar, 1 table spoon soya sauce, aur 1 egg daal ker achi tarhan se mix ker leyn..... us k baad ek plate mein half cup corflour aur 2-3 table spoon maida leyn.....ab ek ek ker k chicken k pieces ko fry kerna hai.... fry kerney k liye ek ek chicken piece ley ker pehle ap is cornflour aur maida se us ko coute kereyn us k bad til (white til...jo alag se kisi plate mein daaley huye hon) us per cout keryen....aur fry kereyn...is tarhan sub chicken pieces fry ker leyn.....light brown honey pr utar leyn lijiye ap k delicious chicken dhaka ready hain...........wowwwwww merey to mun mein paani aa gaya hai ;-p
