1st of all i want to say that pray to Allah that Allah give you hadayt. And leave this bad habit if you are in this bad habit just leave it. And if you want your health back so you need to use these natural ways. - Use banana,s approximately 3 or 4 a day.
- Use 2 glass milk per day in morning and in night
- if you have a bicycle of your or your brother. just do that put it on stand and start paddling it.
These all thing just effect on your bones
doing these all this your bones will be strong. becaus of mastribution we lose our bonenaroow(goda jo hadion main mojud hota hy) with this all if you want your harmone,s back you just have to do is just eat chanay. and fish InshaAllah your healyh will be back with this I Pray To Allah That You All GET WELL SOON.
