 Primary Amenorrhea:
Aap na jo problem mention ki hai usko Primary Amenorrhea kehta hain. Primary amenorrhea (PA) uss waqt diagnose kia jaata hai agar kisi girl mein normal breast development, normal pubic hair development, aur normal underarm hair development ka bawajood aur atleast 16 years ki age tak menses nah start hoon.
Iski kae different reasons ho saktee hain, aur unn reasons mein say kuch easily treat ki jaa saktee hain, aur kuch ka treatment bohot complex hota hai. Generally speaking, hormonal disorders, genetic disorders yaa uterus/vagina ki structural abnormalities ki wajah say yeh problem develop hoti hai, aur depending upon the cause, treatment ki success ka rate kam ya ziada ho sakta hai.
I have a few questions and a few suggestions for you:
1. Aap ki height aur weight kia hai?
2. Kia aap ki breast development normal hai?
3. Kia aap ka pubic aur underarm hair ki development normal hai?
4. Aap ka ab tak kia kia tests ho chuka hain? Agar koi test nahin hoa tou phir apna yeh tests karwa lain: FSH level,LH level, TSH level, Prolactin level. Iska illawa aap ko aik aur test karwana hai jo har lab mein nahin hota. Test ka naam hai "Karyotype".
5. Kia aap ka ultraound hoa hai, kionkeh aksar yeh problem uterus aur vagina ki abnormalities ki wajah say hoti hai aur ultraound say yeh abnromalities patah chal jaati hain. Agar aap ka ab tak ultrasound nahin hoa to foran karwa lain.
Aap ka lia aik important suggestion yeh hai keh absent menses ki wajah say aap ki bones weak hona ka risk hai, iss lia aap koi acchha multivitamin start kar dain, with calcium and vitamin D.
