Assallam o alikum. meri age 17 years hone wali hai aur mere sath ek masla hai. mere mensis ka date jb b ata hai to 1 2 din pehle mere pait main dard hota hai aur jb mensis hojate hain phr to bht bht bht dard hota hai. mjse saha nhi jata. aur pait main aur kamar main dard hota hai. aur ultiyan jb ajati h to thora sakon mil jata hai. mjhe btain main kia kron plzzz

no prblem when u got ur periods u r adult its hapens mostly girls it seems u have started late periods mean in the age og 15 so u feel more pain try to drink clove tea b4 2-3 days of date 1 cup daily and during days 1st 2 days 2 cup daily u llfind less pain more over it look like u r slim as skiny n hav constipation water level in ur body also lil less thn normal check may be u dnt hav reguler bleeding u hav thick blood or clauts n dark color if that so u hav to see gyni doc. |

pain full menstruation with vomiting. You might be suffering from premenstrual;l syndrome, it is a set of symptoms experienced by some women before or at start of menstruation. symptoms are vomiting, abdominal discomfort and pain, irritability, depression, breast pain, constipation etc. You can control these complaints by drinking a lot of water and fresh fruit juices and protein rich diet, you can also take pain killers advised by doctor.especially vitamin E supplements are very useful in this condition, you can get it prescribed by doctor. Mild exercise and yoga also helps in this syndrome. |
