                            DR saab frst of all thnx k ap ny aesa forum intrduc kraya .. we==jaha hum apny problems easily without hesitation bta skty hain.. dr saab mjy gas ki problem hy.. mai baar baar vozu krta hu .but jb namaz  prhta hu to phr achanak gas.... i dnt know why..// mai ny boht try kia k kisi tra ye problem solve ho jai
is k liye mai kbi kbi baghair kuch kahai piyae nmaz prhta tha but phr b beech mai ye problem ho jati mji...

Gas problem like passing the gas from anus or in medical term, “Flatulence” is an absolutely normal phenomenon. The gas is passed by every individual in this world even animal. All men and women, and there is no difference in the frequency in these two genders. On average a healthy young man passes the gas up to 14 times in a day. Older people pass less than younger. 

 

The gas that is emitted through anus is due the action of harmless bacteria present in the colon or large intestine on the food that has remained undigested. This means that greater the un-digested food is eaten, the greater would be the gas produced. Let us discuss about the composition of this gas that is emitted through anus so that we could understand why it is too fouling smelly?

 

The main constituent of the flatulent gas are Carbon dioxide, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, methane and last but not least is Hydrogen sulphide gas. Remember that Hydrogen sulphide gas is produced mainly due to the action of these bacteria on undigested food. This is gas which is most pungent and this would result in the foul smelling of the environment.

 

Now in order to avoid the problem of excessive and foul smelling flatulence one should has to correct his dietary habits. He has to take the food which more digestible rather than eating indigestible items.

 

Remember there are certain food items that produce more gas since they are less digestible. Following is there a list of items in food which are linked with high production or less production of gas.

Different people have different and variable intensity of producing gas and it depends upon how much bacteria they lodge in their intestine. However; by adjusting the food and diet plan, one can minimize the embarrassment due to flatulence and gas production.
