okey...as u say mr.mera sawal

can i ask has there been some personal(i mean someone u noticed) experience related to all this....

what u r saying is right truely... but its just one aspect u r focusing to.....there are sooo many things going wrong that u cant imagine....(or i know u can...)

its that u think psychatric illness are a bit out of the way or different from the routine diseases as u have to dig in the psyche a lot as compared to the other manifested diseases.....so ur emphasizing this..okey....

but believe me a lot more than this is going wrong at GP level that atleast in our system needs correction...

daikhe i am telling u na its individual prefrences unfortunately in our country that they want to be updated or not.....

but i can only say either you donot jump into a field especially that relates to human health or you do it sincerely....

and why you keep on telling me drugs and different presentations....

i know mera sawal you are a knowledgable person....and its okey with me....i never consider any outside the medical field personnel less knowledgable... knowledge is how much u can imbibe or acquire....with ur own stretching...not limited to a practicular profeesion etc

tension depression and GP

yes! agree with you keh general practice mai beshumar khamia hai, lekin yaha per depression ko iss liye discuss ker rahe hai keh yeh mojooda thread se related hai. moqa mila tu GP ki doosri khamio (malpractice) per bhi discussion kare ge.

stress/tension and anger management via humor therapy:

for sunny 007 bro especially

humor or laughter therapy to relieve stress or tension is considered extress beneficial....(according to Psychatry journal of British Medical journal)

when we laugh our tense and taut muscles relax our oxygen supply is increased , blood pressure is lowered and even our stress hormones level(cortisol) is found to decrease....

it is shown by researchers that stress directly effects the immune system and has somewhat bad effect so they have concluded by humor therapy the defence cells(T-cells and NK cells) are better activated..

so

talk to a friend

see a sitcom/funny play

read jokes etc

relieve ur tension..........

wow, bohot asaaan nuskha bataya hai aap ne.... well i already do these things, i watch tom and jerry :), just kidding, and bhaaskar bhaarti (an indian play) which make me laughter.... :), my bp remains low, even in tension. immunity is perfect.

so what does it mean? am i victim of tension or something else?

mostly this thing agonize me, as we say in urdu, "meri billi aur mujhe miaon?" es k elawa aur bhi kuch factors hain, kuch maazi ki talkh yaadein hain kuch current social problems hain, jo k poore mulk ka masla ban chuka hai... etc.....

ye hul nikala he k jo acha karna he ya attitude rakhna he kissi ke sath wohe karaikn.. in return woh jo marzi karey...mainey kuch expect nai karna....

Reply:How To Forget Past?

I would like to ask you or the person who want to forget his/her past is why you want to forget past in first place?
If the reason of effort to forget past is some bad memory or event i would say past that we believe influence our life  is not actually what happened its what we believe that its influencing us or our lives in negative manner.

Even if one forget any event or major events of past life somehow he/she will never be able to escape the final emotion or opinion one made about that particular experience

As the saying goes about past  We may strive, with good reason,to escape past or to escape what is bad in it but we will escape it only by adding something better to it.
May be hypnosis can help in a way to forget a bad memory or to modify it in one way or other.
