 Semen Analysis :Is It Normal For Fertility?

im sharing my husbands semen report....plz tell me kia ye report ok hy fertility k liye?9 days k perhaiz k baad ye test kerwaya hy...

B) anti sperm antibodies sey murad ye ha k aisi protein jo sperm ke against ho aur body ka immune/defence system apney he sperm ke khilaf antibodies bunaey. Ye antibody semen itself mai b hosakti han ya apke cervix ke secretion mai BUT clumping 9day ke abstinence aur Semen itself mai ai ha so apke husband k semen mai houne ka he chance ha jo condition ye ASAB (Anti Sperm Antibody) bunati han wo woh ha jub testes aur immune system ka barrier khatam ho jaisey keh a)testicular trauma /injury huwe ho b)testes pe koi operation huwa ho especially birth control ke leye(vasectomy)aur phr usko reverse karwaya ho.... Koi hernia repair .... Ya testes ke biopsy huwe ho .. Ya childhood mai testes apni jagha pe na houn aur operation sey laya gaya ho (undescended) c) varicocele ya testes ke vein pholi houn d) prostate ke inflammation ya tubes ke blockage.. Ya pehle ke infectionZ apke husband ko apne doctor Sey mashwara k baad anti sperm antibody test karwana chaheye aur Abstinence mora than 4-5day na ho agar doctor ne munasib sumjha tou testes ke examination aur ultrasound kar lainge kuch doctor hormonal test b karwate hain chounke ye antibody semen mai aye Tou sO apke mucus ke test ke zarorat nai Else ye ha k medicine etc dainge Lastly, rare ha magar kuch doc even aisey b infection ke treatment kartey han agar clumping ayen even without Ph problem aur pus cell magar i think ASAB test houna chaheye pehley.. plus apko DoctorKK bhee guide kardaingey. |

Secondly anti sperm antibody test ke baad he pata chal sakta ha exact situation ka. Yes medicine tou han.. water 1 more thing water....9 days ki abstinence ki wja se sperm motility per ferq tu nahin perhta?....kia ye test 4-5 days ki abstinence k bad dubara kerwaya jaye?secondly ye test sample lab mein nahin liya gya tha....10 min bad test k liye diya gya tha

Nadia123 Gee ap karwa lain Repeat .. SEMEN analysis mai 3day ya zada ka abstinence houna chaheye iss baat se Nai Faraq parta k Kitna zada ha motility pe. Han ASAB ka sample 4-5day se zada na ho abstinence.temperature se faraq parta ha motility aur clumping peh bhe .. Best ha lab mai dain waisy 10min baad tou theek ha uptil 20min tak. AUR liquefaction time bhe theek aya ha agar temp ne asar dala ho tou ye thek nai ati magar ap zaror tasali k lye repeat kar lain. |

dr rizwan mere husband ne kabhi bhi lambay arsey k liye koi medicine use nahin ki..na he kabhi unko koi bemari hui hy....1 dafa 5 year pehlay typhoid hua tha or 1 year pehlay small pox....uss time b unhon ne itne lambay arse k liye medicine use nahin ki thi..........
