Viscous White Fluid Oozes Without Erection Or Lust Thoughts : What Are The Causes ?

Salam, I am here wth a very strange problem. I have to sit with my female friend for studies. Believe me I DO NOT think lust, false or naughty about her, even then my organ oozes that very viscous white fluid (without any erection, obviously when there are no lustful thoughts no erection would be there).

I am regularly offering my prayers these days and practising no masturbate. Why, even then, such a nasty thing is happening with me? Whether this a psychological or physiological problem, I feel guilty. Nothing such happens when I am studying with male friends. Also I feel exhausted all the time.

Please make me free of this guilt, and guide me where I am wrong. Regards
