The most common are either injury/hit or trauma to penis which u never told so other are

a) urethritis(infection of tube that transmit urine in penis)

b) prostatis(infection of prostate gland)

c) infection of urinary bladder(cystitis)

for a,b,c condition you nef urinanalysis(urine D/R) I Told u already.

rest you may ave a local infection of skin or covering of penis shaft or head that may ave redness or itching that wud require examination by a doctor

plus if u donot ave painful prolonged erection etc then nothing much serious

sO u need to go a general physician get urinanalysis and exam done if required

lastly, it can be that u ave a psychological pain that u might nt be a fit one for marriage so u must cum out of this fear .. As its baseless!
