Menopause Age: How To Avoid Menopause?

A woman is 38 years old and having problem of menopause, please suggest how to avoid menopause?

first confirm is it menupause or some other problem with gynae doctor....

menupause in certain families is earlier... plus if pre-menupausal symptoms are occuring donot worry sometimes even upto 5-8years menupause doesnot occur but symptoms arise earlier..
