Durian fruit It is basically fruit of south east asia that also include malaysia and indonesia......(i think native fruit of thialand)... ....Like anyfruit it has a good nutritional value bt 2 thngs are imp ... It is a good combination of vitamins mainly C,E And A ALSO rich in sugar give instant energy plus has Protein (tryptophan amino acid) in it whch may not be in other fruits , fibre and also essential fats(needed by body)...... IMPORTANT USE .. Elevates mood and for depression its good ( as it has seretogenic effect due to tryptophan it increases/mimic ths chemical effect).... As this amino acid (tryptophan form serotonin that elevate mood ... Serotonin produce melatonin which is good for sleep effect and relaxes body)...... Is good for relaxation,relieving anxiety and depression .......2) A very good fruit to fight infections ( vit E act as anti oxidant) ..... And keep skin healthy (due to vitamin)........... 3) role in muscle building due to protein content though less ..........4) it has organo sulphur compound that act as detoxifying agent( making toxic material to be washed so is thought good as anti cancer agent)......... 5) a very good fruit to raise energy and sugar level in hypoglycemic state(its glycemic index that is how early blood sugar increases is very good)........,.., NOW if u have askd about it to know its effect on sex desire increase then yes it is known for it but no SPECIAL substance has been found just that it has vit E And elevates mood ......... As far as much i know Yes it is imported .. And esp in karachi , islamabad and lahore may ask good stores like pace etc even they have imported fruits.. |
