Night Fall (Nightfall) Treatment: Why I Dont Get Night Fall (Nightfall)?

Assalam-o-aliakum Dr. Sahib meri age 32 years hai aur aaj tak mujhe 2 or 3 time Night Fall (Nightfall) hua hai. mere 4 bachay bhi hain agar kuch problem hai toh pls. mujhe bataein. mein har waqt paraishan rahta hoon. Thanks

My age is 32 and I have 4 children. Till so far I have got only 2-3 times  Night Fall (Nightfall). What is the problem with me?

i am suffering from nightfALL SINCE WHEN I WAS 16 YEARS OLD ....let me make u clear that i hv no bad dreams or sexual desires ...but still i am suffering from this disease ...now i am sick of it ... what should i do ...it happens twice or thrice in a week ...plz help me
