 Night Fall Not Happening: What Is The Treatment?

Mera masla yeh hai k mene feb me masturbation chor di thi. Till 8th of april, mjy ehtalam nahi hua. Khwab aya bhi to usme bhi mene masturbate nhi kia(in dream). Dear Doctor, I have left masturbation in February. Till April 8th I did not get night fall. I got dream and in that I didn’t do masturbation. Mean while I got the problem of watery drops coming out from penis and for that I have taken medication from a Hakeem. I use to do body building as well. The problem of drops had gone but my penis has become extremely sensitive that any body if touched my penis then I discharged with in 3 seconds and this has happened on 8 April. I have never touched a girl in my life and I don’t want to touch till my marriage. I have seen an erotic movie two days back and I discharged instantaneously after seeing sexual activities. I am very much worried. My friends ask me to do sex with a girl in order to get experience. However my conscience does not allow me to do so. Shall I take medications for night fall from the same Hakeem, or tell me any vegetable or fruit that can give me required sexual power. I have done masters otherwise I would commit suicide. re: Night Fall Not Happening: What Is The Treatment? Before starting the discussion, dear friend see below to have some facts about Ehtelam, Nocturnal emission or night fall:
- The frequency of nocturnal emissions is highly variable.
- Some men have experienced large numbers of nocturnal emissions as teenagers, while others have never experienced one.
- Some have the dreams only at a certain age, while others have them throughout their lives following puberty.
- The frequency that one has nocturnal emissions has not been conclusively linked to one's frequency of masturbation.
- During puberty, 13% of males experience their first ejaculation as a result of a nocturnal emission.
- Most of the other experiences it at masturbation.
I have taken these facts from the medical literature and that shows that the exact cause of nocturnal emission is un clear, however; it is believed that when there is a lot of semen in side the testis then it blows out in the form of Ehtelam or night fall. As the facts tells that some people experience it frequently while some don’t means that the presence or absence of ehtelam is not a big deal. If happen fine don’t mind it, if not, so what! Don’t worry.
Yes your penis has become extremely sensitive. Desensitize it then. How! Via your will power. How can will power do it! Make your self confident and realize that you have ability to perform full sexual act with out any problem.

I agree with Dr KK but i also offer the following:
A nightfall is the body's way of letting out the seminal fluids, so it is supposed to be aotomatic i.e. when you dream it hapens.
If you have been masturbating a lot then it is normal for you NOT TO HAVE any nightfalls.
It is common also that men or women do not have nightfalls.
Your friends who say against it dont know what they are talking about.
When you say you are protecting yourself then you are following the Quran's 4:24 (Surah 4 Ayah 24) , and 5:5, so i think you are very very lucky.
Now the cure:
Correct your dietery habits and its intake times.
Be regular in prayers and be very regular in Wuzu.
Use dry fruits in your diet.
Desensitize youself by Will power, use Dr KK's method.
Exercise and live life with your family.
Change your attitude and become positive, you will need all the positive things in your life to change the present situation, which you are slowly changing.
