Illegal Sex: How Can I Get Medical Certificate Before Marriage?

I m in trouble right now the problem is 1 lady get pregnant by me,

I want to marry with her I went there where the getting marry in UAE

They told me u should need medical certificate for marriage,

U know doctor if we're going for medical then they'll knows from the medical report

That the lady is pregnant already they'll put in the jail both of us,

SO Plz tell me what we have to do coz there is no way to get marry
